+ -1 moreThe man that helped me, Orlando was really good. If I have any problems I complain to Lowes. I don't have to deal with the individual providing the service. Once we connected he was timely after that. I had to go buy the motor and bring it to the house myself. Once he came he was very prompt. He did the job very promptly and well done and he explained everything to me, I had a new key pad thing that I didn't have before. I was very satisfied. One of the reason I go to Lowes is if it's over $300 you have an interest free thing is you pay it off in six months. I was supposed to get credit for $35. When they come out to give you the estimate, it's $35 and then Lowes is supposed to pay that off. I just went and looked at the bill the other day and they didn't do that.
Description of Work: Lowes had the motor for my garage door repairs.
