Friendly, timely, very knowledgeable. I think the 250.00 charge for annual maintenance is high, especially after paying Generac 700.00 for the extended warranty, but that is Generac's policy - not Lyden's. Plan to continue using Lyden, but would think more carefully about purchasing other Generac products.

Hired this company to upgrade panel and hook up central air conditioning....the central air conditioning was not hooked up right and plug for it was not installed

We were contacted by Tim and we scheduled a site visit with him in January 2017. He told us that it would take about 2 to 3 weeks to get the job done. We had a date in February 2017 and Lyden required 3 equal payments from start to finish. After the first payment they started to complicate things. Our start date was canceled several times without letting us know. Employees were rude on the phone, not professional at all. The customer service is inexistent. This was the worst experience ever.

This was a very professional installation of a generator hookup. I would recommend TK LYDEN to anyone looking for any kind of electrical work.

Initial contact told me generator could be installed in one week. Sent deposit with contract beginning of December. Check was cashed did not hear anything. Called got a machine. Got a call back saying they cash check then order parts then make appt. once parts arrive. I can go to an electrical supply company and buy everything needed in half an hour. No telling when this will get installed

Contractor responded on the same day contacted and gave an estimate for the work. Work was completed in a timely and very professional manner at a cost under the estimate provided. In addition to replacing the service panel they found and corrected some existing wiring issues. Great, family owned and run company that I would highly recommend to others!

They did an excellent job. Family owned business. Excellent customer service, and they even cleaned up after the job was done. They're coming back in two weeks to do some more work. Great company!!
