Hector was quick to respond to my inquiry. Gave me a fair price and when he showed up for the first time , he did a great job.

They did not Toto till as much as we had talked about there machine did not even take out the weeds as he went over then .They had a grass machine that did not dig down very deep to turn sil over.the soil hthey hand pick the weeds rake out majority of rocks and cleaned up aera before leaving.

As soon as I put a request Hector responded and gave me a quote. A week later he did my spring clean up and moved my lawn. No pressure to collect payment. Just friendly and efficient service!

I came across Hector just doing a Google search and he was very prompt in coming out to do an estimate for the job. The price he quoted was very fair and the job was well done. Hector is very personable and professional and even went next door to hold a ladder for my neighbor who was coming off his roof. I would highly recommend him and his crew.

The half star is because I couldnâ t get past putting something in. Hector came polite, respectful but unprepared for the Hardscaping job hired for. (2 retaining walls) We were lead to believe he would have heavy equipment to move fill and rock, he did not! He also underestimated the material needed and demanded more money or he would walk off the job halfway thru, Even after texting me that it was his mistake and we werenâ t responsible to pay him over the contract amount. The retaining walls were built with such poor quality, uneven, way to much glue, leaning forward , even before Hector took a sledgehammer hammer to it! Yes, a sledgehammer! Even after we paid him for his material error in good faith. His work was incomplete and He refused to fix his mistakes, I simply asked Hector to fix his work and I would give him the remaining balance due. Hector refused to correct anything or compensate us and lost his temper. He starting smashing the walls, yelling we were taking advantage of him. In fear for my safety and the destruction of my property I called the Police, and are now waiting for our day in court! I have lots of photos, how he buried empty water bottles in my new wall, thru trash in my woods, and how he and his workers put hand size rocks in the wall cavities instead of the 3/4 inch stone, and how the drainage pipe was filed with dirt and rock and not place correctly behind the base of the wall, and the over use of glue and underuse of block pins, I also have a photo of a level to show how forward the wall was leaning. He even built part of the wall on top of 3/4 stone without being in the ground, leaving no supporting dirt in front of that part of the wall. We took photos of everything!! Of Hectors work, before and after his sledgehammer rampage, and photos when WE took his work apart and rebuilt. He totally took advantage of 60 year old couple, I feel like he stole our money and trust.

Hector and his crew arrived in the morning and relentlessly began the cleanup. Hector was respectful and courteous, worked efficiently. When the job was complete the yard was beautiful!would highly recommend and look forward to having them back for spring cleanup !!!
