BMF Pressure Washing

Brendon was amazing! He was able to give me a quote over the telephone and the price did not change from the original quote. He arrived promptly and explained everything he would do. He power washed an 1890 sq ft colonial with vinyl siding, a 12X24 ft wood deck and a cement front door entrance. The vinyl siding looks like new despite a significant mold buildup on the non-sun side of the house. We were so happy with his work that we booked him for next year (at the same price!!).

Brendan was prompt in returning my call and was courteous and helpful during our interactions. He did a thorough walk through during the estimate and was forthcoming in explaining how he was going to do the work. He completed the job quickly, and my house looks great!

I never really leave reviews because im busy running a household with four family members and three pets but I just had to leave a review for the BMF pressure washing company. I called to get my gutter cleaned and expected because of the pandemic having to wait a few months before I could get serviced. When I called them up I was received by their amazing receptionist who was really friendly and worked with me trying to set the best time to come by to have the work done. The receptionist set a date as soon as possible. I loved this company because the day before I had received a confirmation email reminding me of the the work I was to have done at noon the next day, which I appreciated because being as busy as I am I definitely forget appointments. The day of the gutter cleaning appointment I had gone to Target in the morning, on the way back home I hit some unexpected traffic. The GPS said I was 30 min away and would be arriving home around 12:30. Disappointed I called BMF pressure washing company. They were really understanding and assured me that it was no problem and the the BMF worker could wait for me to get home to begin working and that I also had the option to reschedule to later that week. I was beyond impressed by this companies willingness to work with their customers and their flexibility. I kept the appointment for the same day. When I arrived I thought I’d be met with a grumpy worker, but when I spoke to the polite worker I was received with a smile and he got to work right away!

I was so surprised it only cost $450 that I wasn’t expecting a great job but it exceeded my expectations and was done to perfection!! Definitely recommend and would hire again, for any job!

Absolutely GREAT service! On time, great price and the outcome was better than we could have even imagined. Had Brendan also do my sons house with shingle siding and roof treatment...looks like a different house. Will use him anytime I can and will recommend his business to everyone.

BMF Pressure Washing did an excellent job! Due to COVID 19 it has been a bit difficult to get work done on my home. This by far was one of the best customer service experiences I have received. The owner scheduled an appointment and was able to come out the next day. Not only was the company very professional, they completed the job quickly. This was the first time I had my home pressure washed. The appearance of the exterior of my house after the washing looked amazing. The owner also gave me some cost effective tips on what to do to keep the the roof in good condition. So far I have recommended this company to 5 other friends and they were also amazed with the service. I would book BMF again and I will definitely recommend them to more people. Overall very happy.
