Description of Work: Greg's Painting came over to paint our backyard deck. Everything was done with quality, on time and within the $259.00 original plan.

Description of Work: Immediately responded with a phone call to let me know he was booked this year for outside painting jobs. Greg recommended another company and contacted them fro me and they called immediately.

Description of Work: My husband Don and I cannot recommend Greg more highly! He delivered everything he promised in his estimate for painting our house and more. His crew were kind and respectful, always making sure that we were satisfied. They were careful not to damage any of our property and always cleaned up each day. Greg came by once or twice per day to check their progress and make suggestions to them if necessary. He was in constant contact by phone if we had questions. The work was completed well within our expectations and the house, deck and shed look beautiful. |Greg's pricing is excellent, we got four estimates and his was by far the lowest, the highest being $15,000. Our job at $5,900 included some carpentry to replace window & door trim, replacement of some clapboards and caulking. We bought BM paint and stain. In retrospect we should have let Greg provide the paint as his pricing was better. Our quote included one coat of oil base primer on the window trim, doors & body of the house and two coats of latex paint on all. The deck and shed were also primed and got two coats of stain. I mention this because the other quotes we got did not include carpentry or caulking, this was extra and they did not want to use oil based primer or give us two coats of paint, just latex primer and one coat of paint. Taking the lowest bid concerned us at first but Greg gave us four local references and these clients couldn't have been more happy with his work. Our local paint store in Acton confirmed the quality of his work and said he is always busy. We recommended Greg to three friends and he is already booked until the fall.
