IKEA Stoughton

It has held up well, it has made a move from one house to another. They have sustainable stuff.

It’s an “A”, it’s a great couch! Everything we have purchased from Ikea is really wonderful!

It was a really reasonable price. The cabinets are great, they?re an ?A?, they have been really great. They had really helpful people in the showroom, they custom fit the spaces that we need. I would recommend making sure that you have all of your measurements exact.  

The cabinets have been up for about 2 years and have held really well and we are really happy with them. It was a good shopping experience!

I liked how everything was displayed there as well as their real life settings that could guide you through each room of the house. I liked how well it flowed. I also liked the place where they have all the household goods. The warehouse was set up so easily that you can find your own boxes and take them up to the register. The only thing that I did not like was the long line. But outside of that, it was a great shopping experience. I had no problem putting the furniture altogether by myself. The instructions were simple. All the parts were there and all the pieces were in great shape. I am 49 years old and I did that all on my own. I had no problems. They also open early.

We were amazed at the low cost of the unit and how well it looks. Went together easily and functions . No long wait since we picked up that day.

I would go back to Ikea for more furniture in the future because we had a very good experience with them.

They delivered the refrigerator to me. I would use them in the future.

I used to be a very big IKEA fan, but they are changing and not in a good way. The materials are cheaper than those used in older furniture that I've purchased from them. A couple of the items had knicks and scratches on them upon removal from the box. The office organizer I bought was missing a key piece of a handle. When I tried to contact IKEA, their on-line assistant was useless. Upon calling the store the next day, I called twice waiting more than twenty minutes each time on hold for a human to answer. When someone did pick up, they acted like no one was there and hung up. I ended up going to a home improvement store and buying handles rather than drive out to Stoughton when they might not even have the part. They are really slipping on customer service and quality.

We really like the selection and service that they have. The sales people are very low pressure and we feel comfortable just browsing. We never feel any anxiety about being pestered by the sales people. They will help if we need it. Most of what they have is shipped in boxes and you assemble it at home so it is easy to haul.
