+ 0 moreGlen took on every challenge with great patience. He and his crew worked hard during the construction to minimize the interruption to our very open spaced floor plan. He offers suggestions, alternatives and solutions. His years of experience and the previously glowing references are indicative of the long wait to get on his list to be hired.
Description of Work: Complete renovation of two upstairs bathrooms and reconfiguration of stairway. Job included: installation of new windows, complete gutting, reconfiguring plumbing, venting, and expansion of second floor. This was a very complicated remodel which also included: complicated plumbing installation in spa shower, many lighting features, challenges from architect changes, use of upgraded products, and cooperation with suppliers when custom fitting many products.

+ -1 moreGlenn's team came everyday. They did excellent work and were a pleasure to have around. The neighbors commented they were impressed to see their trucks practically everyday, even through the horrible snowstorms and the increasingly narrow roads. The work was done within 7-8 weeks, which was to schedule. Glenn was open to allowing us to do some of the job, like tiling the bathrooms. He was asked to do additional work by the inspector, and it cut into his bottom line, but he didn't demand more from us. We ran into some disagreements here and there and was ready to move on by the end, but he always negotiated and kept to his contract.
Description of Work: Glenn and his amazing crew remodeled the second floor of our new home. He worked with us and our limited budget to accomplish miracles. His plumber installed a brand new direct vent boiler and hot water system, his electrician removed knob and tube and rewired to code, they raised the ceilings of the second floor and took out the old chimney, put in a new master ensuite, new master closet, new office, upstairs laundry, and entirely new second bath. He allowed us to keep the existing hardwood floors and was smart about the layout and maximizing space. For a good portion of the job, Glenn patiently went through the process with MassSave to allow inspections and write quotes the way they needed, and get the third party payments the way they needed.

+ -1 moreGlenn delivered as promised. Although the job started a bit later than anticipated, when he and his crew came, they were there until the job was complete. Excellent workmanship. I did not believe it when Glenn told me the job would only take 3 weeks to complete given the size of the project, but he was exactly on schedule. We are extremely pleased and would recommend highly.
Description of Work: Our kitchen and family room were totally remodeled. Removed old cabinets and closets, installed new cabinets, painted, tile, electrical work, plumbing and installed new floor.

Description of Work: We renovated two bathrooms, one was completely gutted, the other we moved things around, but required some extra plumbing. We also framed off part of our lower level and made a bedroom and added closets.
