I had a brass lock fixture that was malfunctioning so that the button didn't depress the tongue completely; thus, you couldn't open the door with the handle. Andy took it apart, put a tiny o-ring replacement inside and it works perfectly. Also, I had a dead bolt that wouldn't turn with the key. He took that apart, oiled it, adjusted it and it is like new. I would hire Andy again for any locksmith needs.

There was a mix up and another locksmith company showed up demanding a check for the travel fee. Maybe it's because this was the first time I used Home Advisor and I wasn't sure how it worked, but I was not happy about that.

They came same day and fixed a door quickly.

He came over quickly after I called. Quality work but not cheap. I will hire him again for another door, courteous and professional.

They came within 1/2 hour after I called them..would have them back. He was professional and polite.i did get a price before they came but they did add additional charge wish I didn't expect.

Very courteous & professional. I was given a quote over the phone & expected to pay a certain amount but when the locksmitth showed up, was charged an additional $10/lock because of the "type" of lock. It would have been nice if I was informed of possible additional charges before hand because of the types of locks. As I paid more than I anticipated paying. Otherwise a fast & good service. Gives us a better piece of mind.
