The pricing was average for the project as compared to 3 other estimates. Dan and his employee worked quickly and efficiently and Dan pointed out some areas that required attention of which I was unaware. We bartered to include additional work/materials and the process was fair. Dan also threw in a couple of extras (painting some railings and powerwashing a small porch) that were not part of the original agreement. Now finished, the trim on two houses, the porch and railings look really nice. I could not give 5 stars because of finding several cigarette butts on the grounds around the houses.

Removal of wall paper was successfully accomplished. A fair amount of patching was necessary and generated a great deal of dust that required complete cleaning of all walls, floors, and other items in the house, despite attempts to isolate.

Mr. DiPrete was very professional and did a great job cleaning and staining my log cabin shed. He had to work between rain showers which delayed the project somewhat, but in the end it turned out well.

I hired DiPrete to pressure clean my roof and clapboard. Had a small complaint after the job was finished but all it took was a phone call and he was back within the same day and made it right. He`s OK in my book. Hire him!

They started work as soon as possible and finished our very large deck within two days...even working after regular working hours to make sure the job was done. Dan was a wonderfull service contractor we needed someone to power wash the sides of our house he came in on Saterday under the rain & he not only did what we contract him todo he cleaned all around the house things that he saw needed to be done . Thank you Dan for your hard work.
