VIEIRA'S CLEANING CO

They started off great. The initial cleaning was amazing and the first few cleans were also very good (they came every two weeks). As they got more clients/got busier, the amount of time they spent cleaning the house went down (to less than an hour) and the quality also deteriorated. A lot of obvious things were missed (we have white baseboards and a black dog so it was obvious when they had not been cleaned). The worst was the week before Christmas when I got home from work (around 5:30pm) on the day they were expected to come clean to find that they had not been, despite confirming the day before. They had clearly got greedy and were trying to get as many houses done that day in the pre-Christmas rush. We were regular customers! I had family arriving that night so had to clean my house myself like a mad woman in about an hour. Not fun! Most annoying was that my husband had left the house at 6am in order to drop the dog off at doggie daycare before work so he would not disturb them. I called to complain and there were no apologies so that ended it!
