Representative gave me great advise about the current condition in my second-hand refrigerator which was greatly appreciated.

When he came to fix the dishwasher, it wasn't working at all. He took it all apart, replaced the disgusting filter, and fixed the top rack which had a broken wheel. He was prompt, fast, professional and affordable.
The second time we called him, he was at our house within an hour. Our washing machine was squeaking and saying and quot;unbalanced loadand quot; even when empty. Our dryer was squeaking. He told us exactly what was wrong with the washing machine and encouraged us to check to see if it was still under warranty as it is a very expensive repair. Lucky for us, the washer is still under warranty! Within a few minutes, he had fixed the dryer and was on his way. Thank you so much Gary, you did a great job and we will call you again!

He did a great job. He responded very quickly. The quote he gave us is what he charged.

He basically works out of his house. My plumber recommended him to me. My plumber told me if I contacted the appliance company they had to come out all the way just to see if I needed something new. So I contacted Gary and he was able to tell me what exactly the problem was and told me what to do. His quality of work is excellent. He is now trying to find a part for my washing machine that is broke.
