P & S PEST CONTROL

All went well. The fellow seemed very knowledgable. He completed the spraying and the house had to be vacated while he did the spraying. I was not totally comfortable with the idea of leaving a service provider in my house all alone. Perhaps I am too suspicious but he said it was a law that the house be vacated by humans and pets while the spraying was being done. As it turned out, there was no problem with that, thank goodness. The real test of success will be to see if carpenter ants or mice reappear in the near future. I am just hoping the A rating is well deserved. Finally, I have to say the woman I spoke to at the office was extremely knowledgable and pleasant. Her very positive attitude went a look way in getting me to commit to this company's service.

My wife and I started seeing big black ants around our garage and in the room above the garage. We figured they were probably Carpenter Ants so we contacted P&S, discussed their current promotion, and booked an appointment. They came out and sprayed around the perimeter of the house. We still see ants outside in the garage but they appear to be on their way out, as they are squirming. I'm guessing it takes a while for them to all be killed. We haven't seen any more in the house which is good.

They were prompt, and I was pleased that they listened to my concerns. The house we bought had been vacant for awhile, so we wanted a whole house first treatment and the follow ups to be outdoor only. We own two dogs and were concerned with the safety of the products used. That was thoroughly discussed, and we were comfortable with what they offered.

I thought they were excellent and would recommend them to anyone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. Everything about it was satisfactory. They came out shortly after they said they would.

The young man arrived on time. I had to be out of the house for 4 hrs after the spraying. When ready to do the inside, I had to leave. Did not see any ants until recently - end of August. Only a stray big black ant here and there on the kitchen floor - usually dead. Then I started to see lone black ants on the sink counter area. 0n 9/5 I requested P&S to do another treatment to the kitchen area. Waiting to hear.

They came as requested and did what was needed.

It worked out well. They were very good. The technicians were very polite. He came on time and gave me a call before heading to my house. Everything worked out very smoothly. They were responsive. I purchased and then emailed them and they got in touch with me and I worked out the schedule with them. They were professional.

P&S did a great job in dealing with my carpenter ant problem. The ants only became apparent after I had purchsed the house. They were located inside the sill of an upstairs window. Due to the very large amount of ants it took two visits to get rid of them all. P&S did not charge me for the second visit at all and were very accomodating in setting up a time for both appointments. They also provided advice to my contractor about when he could start work on repairing the damage the ants had done to the window and were very informative about the whole extermination process. Great customer service and value for money.

Well, it went great. Person who came was really, really nice. The problem was in the beginning. This should have happened about 6 or 7 months ago. Unfortunately the receptionist at the business mis-communicated to me about the process. She said they would only be coming to evaluate where to spray but would not be spraying that day. In fact, they came to spray, which they could not do as there was nowhere for my son to go. They did spray the perimeter which did not do much. They were supposed to respray the perimeter in July when I called to set up the appointment to spray the inside. They never did.

They were very nice when I called and they explained what needed to be done. Scheduled service promptly. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was prompt, and also called shortly before arriving to tell me he was on his way. The service comes with a six month warranty.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did the job and we haven't had any problems. I've been happy with the contacts I've had with Angie's List.

They came out and did what they said they would do. It was good. They seemed like they did a good job.

It went well. The P&S Pest Control employee inspected the foundation and filled in visible openings in the foundation. I have two crawl spaces in the basement and the pellet boxes outside are refilled on a continuous basis.

Great, no complaints. Haven't seen ants since the treatment was performed.

We bought their Big Deal; we paid $50 more than the deal amount because our house was bigger than the basic coverage. They were very good. We called them after a month or so and they re-did it. They were timely and knowledgeable.

We were very happy with the work. I would recommend them to others. They are very responsive, nice on the phone, and very easy to deal with. The technician was very knowledgeable. They let us know that they were running and little bit behind on the 1st visit.

It turned out pretty well. We were moving in and were pretty aggressive about the scheduling. I had contacted them before seeing the Big Deal. Once I bought it, I followed up with them within 1 day and wanted something scheduled very soon. They had scheduled it for the following Friday, but it was raining so they rescheduled for the day after.

I had a problem with carpenter ants by the garage and stairs outside my house so I hire this company to take care of it, the employee showed on time and spray the perimeter where the carpenter ants were. A couple days later I saw some death ants in that area but after about a week the ants were back. I had to hire in the past different companies to take care of this problem and every time some of the ants died but always appeared again in about a week and some times they got inside my house and I got desperate, so after seeing the result of P & S pest control was the same, I had to hire a different company to take care of it and so far this year I haven't seen any carpenter ants.

Used a $50 coupon from Angies list. Otherwise the fee would have been $399 which I felt was rather high for the service to remove only one species of ant. However, I have never used a professional exterminator for insects before, so I have no price comparison. The young man who did the work was on time, conscientious in his work, and very professional in appearance and manner. Overall he presented a very favorable company image. He assured me that the chemical, Termidor SC, would not harm my pets in about an hour after application. There seemed to be no ill effects to the animals. The contract stated that 21 days after application should be allowed for best results. As of this writing, it has been 41 days; and so far, there does not seem to be a sign of carpenter ants within the house, except for dead ones. We still have had small ants in the kitchen, but I understood the application was specific to carpenter ants only.

He was very punctual, very polite, and very fast! He was done so quickly that I never thought the bugs would really be affected but they were. I actually called the office to see if he was coming back but the girl explained to me that he was already finished!! I will definitely use him again next year and I would recommend him highly to everyone.

We have a two year old, and with her habit of hiding Cheerios, developed a rodent problem (mice). I trapped more than half a dozen myself, but, every morning, I'd find that however many traps I put down would be full, and that night I'd still have more mice. In desperation, put down glue traps, to no avail. P&S came, thoroughly inspected the property to try to see where the mice might be entering or if they had set up camp in my house anywhere. The conclusion was that there wasn't anything that needed to be done to the foundation or exterior, but I live in an attached townhouse, and it was impossible to rule out that the mice were coming from one of my neighbors' units. P&S put down bait traps throughout the basement, on sills, where I hadn't thought to place any of my traps, and we haven't seen a mouse since. They were courteous, professional, and, importantly to me, prompt and efficient.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well, I hadn't had any problems. I haven't seen any mice since then. They didn't take too long.
