P & S PEST CONTROL

It worked our really well. I think they did a good job.

They came out, did a complete walk-around survey of my property and foundation. The tech sprayed all around the perimeter and problem areas. A month later I saw a few carpenter ants. P&S returned and sprayed the deck area again. After that... no more bugs. I will have them back this spring and would recommend their services.

Overall I was very pleased with the service. I'd hire them again.

The company had previously done work for me and I was happy with the work that Paul did. So, when I saw this big deal available I purchased it. After purchasing the big deal they came out to assess for pests. There was no problem since Paul had done a good job. After a couple months I attempted to call them multiple times to get them to come out and assess again and did not hear back from the company. I contact Angie's List to assist in getting the business to call me. They did call me and came out and assessed but never did anything. I feel like they took my money.

Very well have not seen any ants since.

They were good. They were on time, quick, and the service worked.

I called to report that I had bees (not honey bees) entering and exiting the house near a roof line. It was explained to me that sprays generally do not work and that they would be using a dusting powder that should take care of the problem. They arrived the next day and applied the powder and the nest was inactive within 24 hours. P and S Pest control was knowledgeable and responsive to my call and the problem was solved quickly.

In both cases the programs utilized appeared to be fully successful. We had no signs of ants inside after the application and have not seen any evidence of mice in a long time.

We had some scheduling issues when I originally called them since they were probably getting a lot of call for work in the Spring, so we postponed the work until the Fall. They were on time and found things that we had not even noticed.

Service was performed twice per calendar year. They called to schedule the service and they were done as stated. Service was good and I would recommend them. I plan to use them for the upcoming year again. They did say if I had problems with bugs/insects in the house that they could schedule that service, but I never did.

They came out and assessed the situation, set bait traps and refill them every month. It costs $60 per month.

The overall process went as expected. Arrived on time, worked quickly, provided a report and then left.

Overall they've been great. Each time they come I get very thoughtful expert knowledge and advice about how to prevent pests as well as how to understand what's happening (like the ant infestation). In addition, I have another property which needed an inspection for potential rats (ugh! - can't even think about it). Anyway, they came out and inspected, mercifully finding no tell-tale droppings but giving me tons of info about how to deal with rat problems so I could know how to make decisions about this. They offered a discount to their service since I'm an annual customer but more importantly, didn't pressure me to make a huge investment in rat removal. Instead they educated me about what to look for in case the rodents did appear - and all at no charge! I would recommend them in a hearbeat!

After several months we had little change in the population but then had rats as well. They camee and set very effective traps for rats. We got rid of a significant amount but were seeing a neighborhood wide problem. As per there suggestions, effective reduction will require foundation repointing to block entry points. We plan to do this in the future.

The service provider was pleasant and punctual. He explained what he was going to do. The only problem we had was that the mice did not go away.

I needed someone to take down a hornet's nest that was growing quickly. P&S was very flexible and accommodating with respect to mey schedule. They told me everything they needed to do and arrived on time. After removing the nest, they dusted the area to ensure that another nest was not built in the same location. I did not have any further trouble.

I recall we purchased a GroupOn deal $300 for $500 worth of service, or something along those lines. Scheduling was easy, the service technician was punctual, professional, and friendly. Our issue is that the package we purchased was for two visits - one in the Spring/Summer and another in the Fall. We were told we would be contacted to schedule another appointment but this never happened and my voice message went unanswered. Hence my grading of an F for responsiveness. Quality and Price? I have no idea as this is the first we have used this kind of service. For two visits it seemed a reasonable deal. If it had been two visits. Would I use them again? Perhaps, as our contract technically is not yet complete - $300 for a single visit is a bit over the top.

Did not use the certificate to date. Will use it next spring.

The person came checked outside patched up wholes checked inside and left mouse traps in far away places just in case.

P&S associate showed up when they said he would, and explained in detail what services they were to provide under agreed pest control package.

My angie's list promotion that I had paid 60$ (valued for 120$ worth of work) had expired by just a few days. I called the company to see if they might honor at least the amount I had paid for the promotion. No one called me back.

Quite honestly easiest treatment ever. I dinot have to be around for the treatment and the left a tag notifying me the work was done. It was guaranteed for 6 months and it successfully kept ants away for 6 months.

The service also included inside treatment, but I chose not to have it done until I actually found any evidence of ants. I was reassured that there would be no charge to have it done within one year if I saw any evidence of ant problems. I appreciated that I was allowed to initially only treat outside areas with an option to call the company back should future sightings of ants become a concern. This is a totally professional company I would not hesitate to recommend.

They showed up on time and handled the job quickly and efficiently.
