P & S PEST CONTROL

P & S did a great job. They accommodated my tight schedule and offered the lowest rate I found, including a great discount for Angie's List members. The technician arrived a little early and thoroughly explained his procedure. He was a pleasure to talk to, very professional and obviously takes great care in his work. The extermination went off without a hitch and has totally remedied our infestation. I wish I had called them a long time ago, and I will definitely enlist them if the bugs come back next year!

P&S was great to deal with on the phone, and was very responsive because we had an active ant problem at the time. Vitali came out and was very good to deal with, and our problem is under control.

Immediately, ants were dying. Ants are still coming out, and they die within a few hours. I had a very bad infestation and as they hatch, they come out and die shortly after. I may call again for a follow up visit. This is all included in the original price. They wil come out again for 6 months. They are very good and I would recommend them to anyone.

We found swarming termites in our house two consecutive days. At this point we called a few pest control companies to understand what was going on, the amount of work that needed to get done, and provide us with estimates. P&S was able to come out on short notice to provide us with a comprehensive estimate. It was obvious that Vitaly has lots of experience with termites and is extremely knowledgeable on how to remove them from your home. He walked me through the work they would do and provided a very competitive estimate. I spoke with Stacey in the office to sign the contract and schedule the visit, she was very pleasant to work with at all stages. A few days later Paul and Vitaly came to complete the install, they worked for 4 hours to install a liquid barrier around the house. They completed the work on schedule and without major disruption to the house and landscaping. P&S will be monitoring our situation for the next 2 years to make sure that they are really gone. So far everything looks like it was done well, I guess only time will tell if the termites come back. But I believe that we are in good shape with P&S taking care of the problem.

No issues- showed upduring window that was promised - tehchnical didjobas promised - I used these guys last year with no complaints and expect to do so in the future.

P&S runs a very professional operation, with very knowledgeable staff. They arrived on time, spent time explaining to me the issues with carpenter ants and how they address them, treated the house but didn't overtreat/ spray chemicals all over the place, and will stand by their service for 6 months. Very happy!

I called P&S Pest control, and received a callback almost immediately. Stacey was really friendly, professional, and helpful. After speaking to her, I am not sure if we will need their services (need to check with spouse regarding some work he did previously). However, if we do need to go forward, I will definitely work with P&S.

The guys from P & S Pest Control came out and really did a good job because we have not seen a mouse or a mouse dropping since then. They were very thorough. They were not afraid to be in the basement, outside of the house or around the house too. They take a look to make sure there are no access points outside of the house.

From the first phone call with the owner's wife to schedule my appointment there was an immediate feeling that I had found the right company after many years of trying. I was put at ease on the phone that everything on my list of Must Have's would be taken care of. When the rep arrived not only was he timely but also very professional and classy! He clearly and with great attention to detail explained what my options were and how we could start to address them. He pointed out absolutely every aspect of what was going to take place now while he was there and then when his employee, Vitalie was to come back to complete the service I signed up for. Most would expect an owner to be on the ball but that doesn't always happen. This is one of those unique occasions when from the first call to their office, to the first visit, to the follow-up visit that I can honestly say their service was FANTASTIC and Spot-On! I'm signed up for a year of service with them so they come back and check the traps to see if they're working. They will also check the traps in the house to see if the baite is being eaten. Checking both sets of traps against each other gives them a good idea if the whole process is working. I also have to add that my mom and I got a fabulous education of rodents in general. The owners took the time to educate us and tell us what works and what doesn't, which includes those rodent free bags they sell at Home Stores that some citys are now demanding residents use. My mom moved from a city that mandated use of them and she used to find those bags broken into all the time so we had first hand knowledge of what he was explaining to us. I'll keep you posted on his return service but if it's like the royal treatment we just got I'll recommend this company time and time again and without hesitation!!

When I first called P&S I spoke with a woman who was very friendly and professional. She took her time to explain to me how the Angie's list deal I was going to purchase worked and what was and was not covered. She was able to schedule someone to come out within a week. The guy who showed up to perform the services was right on time and was extremely professional and nice. He came in and assessed the areas where we were seeing the ants and walked around the outside of the house with me to go over any other concerns I had. When he was ready to treat the areas he explained exactly what he was doing and what he was using. This was very important to me since we have a dog and an 11 month old. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done and after only a few days the number of ants we saw went down significantly and the carpenter bees we had started to drop like flies around the porch so the treatment was very effective.I highly recommend them - in fact I already have to family and friends!

The experience with P & S Pest Control wasn't what I had expected. I thought the service that I was purchasing was going to be for some type of sealing of holes both inside and outside of my home to stop the mice getting in. That's not really what happened. I ended up purchasing different services from them because what I ended up needing was a service for rodent control, not pest control, because there seems to be a rodent issue in my neighborhood. So the mice package did not cover that, which was what I needed initially. They came out a couple of times and left the thing in my mailbox to say "We were here to fill the baits." and that was pretty much it. I never got a phone call from them, but pretty well every two weeks they would leave the note saying they were here to replace the baits and that was pretty much it. There was no phone call, no follow-up. The guy seemed really nice when he came here, but other than that I had pretty much no communication from them, so it was kind of hard to gauge what they were doing or how much longer I would need the service. I bought the Big Deal, then I had to buy an additional package, and then it has been $60 every two weeks. The guy said that, because I have an old home, the alternative was to wait for summer and then cement the whole bottom of the house, sealing the whole perimeter of the house with cement. Had they provided the service that I thought I was getting, the price would have been reasonable. I called to cancel the service, I left a voice-mail. It appears that they never came back after I made that phone call, but I did not get a call back or an acknowledgement that I had cancelled.

They are goos in every way.

It went fine. Vitaly showed up on time, did the job and said to check back in 5 or 6 weeks and he will re-bait if necessary. We did not require exclusion after inspection. They were the same price as a local company, but we got a huge discount because a special they were running on Angie's List. $350 is standard for this job, but we got it with the coupon for $199.

The technician showed up promptly on time, want about his tasks, and explained why he was doing what he was doing step by step. He then left a datasheet on the chemicals that he used. This is the second time that I have used P&S; both times were from Angie's List promotions.

I called regarding a half price Groupon. The spraying was easily scheduled. The service man showed up when I was told he would and did exactly what was promised. He sprayed for carpenter ants around the exterior of the house on the concrete of the foundation. It made a big difference as far as the ants were concerned. We didn't see any more indoors or on the exterior of the house. To be clear about the price. As a half price job it might have been on the high end considering the man was only here for about fifteen minutes.

They were punctual for the original evaluation the previous week & arrived on time for the service. They explained how it worked well, & they return in 90 days for the second step of the process. Explained the 2 year guarantee & the yearly maintenance cost after 2 years(which seemed reasonable). The technician did a good & clean job with the application & was very polite & willing to answer all questions.

. I use P&S Pest Control last Thursday. I spent 300 $. I use them for rodent exclusion. They are very know legible very professional. The work hasn’t been completed because it takes a month to have a feedback.

From start to finish, it was clear we were dealing with a professional, and we actually enjoyed the visit. If we ever need pest-control services in the future, P&S will absolutely be on our short list.

P & S Pest Control sprayed my foundation and because I still had problems with CARPENDER ANTS I had to call P & S PEST CONTROL back a month later to do another spray. P & S PEST CONTROL was contracted to come back 2 more times in 2012 to spray my foundation and 1 more time in 2013 for another spray for a total of 4 times per year. I have provided my neighbors with P & S Pest Control's phone number; however I know at least one of them called another company to do the same service P & S Pest Control has done for me because they wanted someone dependable and not have to guess if they will receive a full year’s service.

They did a pretty good job when he was here. We had no more problems with the rats but they were supposed to come a month later and just check it out but they didn't call us and so that's probably we left it. They were professional. I guess I'll use them in the future but they need to be in-touch with to make the follow-up.

I contacted P&S Pest in regards to a mouse problem in our house. The technician was very professional, helpful, and thorough. We walked through the property together looking for evidence of mice as well as potential access sites and problem areas. He placed several traps, and made a few recommendations as to what we could do to minimize mice gaining access to the property. They came back several weeks later to check and replace the traps, as well as do another walk-through. We have had no mouse sitings since their visit.

I paid for two rental appartments to have the pre winter rodent exclusion procedures done. I was not physically present when they performed the service, but my tenents were happy with the results and have not complained about mice the winter of 2011 as they did in the winter of 2010. Therefore I am very satisfied with the results.St.

They were prompt on arriving. My son-in-law followed along while the inspection was being done. The inspection was very thorough, he checked high and low for places for the little critters could get in. Made recommendations for the best solution for each issue that was found.
