Everything went very well. I first contacted Rusty with an email from his site on Angie's list. He responded to me right away with a phone call. I told him about the Hornet's nest on our property and where it was located. He said that he could be of service to us. We first scheduled the appointment for Saturday, August 6th. He could not give me an exact time since I live in Dracut which is a ways away for him and he had other appointments for that day but he said he was going to be close to my area so that day would work for him. He also said if I had things to do that I didn't have to be here. He would remove the nest and bill me. I did have to leave that afternoon so I left a message for him that I had to leave. Well, that afternoon as I was out shopping at Walmart we had the tornado warning so I was delayed there for an hour until the warning was dismissed. As I drove home I got a call from Rusty telling me he was an hour away and would still be able to service me that day. I told him about the tornado warning we had just had and that the weather didn't look promising here so I wasn't sure that it would be safe for him to do it that day. We decided that Monday would be a better day. Rusty called me while I was at work on Monday and told me that he was at my place and that he found the hive and that he could remove it with no problem. When I came home that day the hive was gone. He did send me a bill thru the mail and I paid him promptly which worked out nicely too. Rusty is a very nice person, very reliable and a professional in this field. I would certainly recommend him for anyone looking for this service.

There was no nest under the deck as I thought, but he sprayed anyway and that eliminated the problem at the rear of the house. However, he told me to keep looking all around the outside of the house for yellow jacket activity so we could pinpoint where the nest is. I did, and finally spotted it today. I called Rusty, and he's coming over this afternoon (Sept. 6) to take care of it for me. Couldn't ask for a better response, particularly since I am getting yellow jackets inside my house.

Very smoothly. Contacted mid-week, he came out Sunday, and took care of the problem quickly.

Came home from vacation to find a beehive on the back of our house. We called Rusty the Bee Hunter and he returned my call within 30 minutes (on a Saturday). He happened to be a few miles away and came over an hour later. He described the process for removing the beehive, his pricing and his guarantees. Within 20 minutes he had removed the hive and was on his way. From the time I called to the time the hive was removed was about 2 hours. Very responsive and professional.

I was having my roof inspected for solar panels and while up on the roof the man discovered the wasp Hive near the edge of the roof. I quickly came on Angie's list looking for a provider and saw his deal offered for service. I bought the package and told when I could use the service. He quickly called that afternoon and said he could come the following day. He did and was very professional and thoroughly over the area enfessed. He then checked the rest of the home for other areas in case of more wasps. He is someone I would call again in a min. Thanks Rusty.

Rusty responded to my inquiry almost immediately and was able to come out to remove the nest that very afternoon. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He fully explained what he would do and how much it would cost up front. My 4 year old daughter was very curious about everything and he was great with her. He even showed us the nest after he removed it (while we were safely on the other side of the glass sliding door). I fully recommend the Bee Hunter and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

I called Rusty on Saturday and he was at my home Sunday morning. He was polite and courteous and did a great job removing the 2 wasps nests (one on my roof, the other in my bathroom vent). I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors. We have have problems every summer with wasps, I sure I'll be calling him next summer!

Rusty was tremendous. We had heard that honey bees could be incredibly destructive to a property and we were very concerned. Rusty went out of his way to help us, stopping in our area on his way back from the North Shore and heading towards Worcester after a very long day. Rusty very quickly determined that we did not have a honey bee problem, which was a great releif, and also took care of the carpenter bees in the same visit. He was very clear with us before he came about what the steps would be if he found honey bees. It was going to be complicated and expensive, but he walked us through why the time and cost was necessary. Fortunately we did not need his services for hive removal, but we would absolutely trust him to have done an excellent job should that have been necessary.

Rusty was pleasant, courteous and thorough. There was some difficulty in gaining access to one of the nests, but he was able to work out a way around the problem, and all was successful.

It went perfect. Rusty was right on time and knew exactly what to do. He did not rush the job, stayed until he knew the job was complete. He answered all my questions. I have not seen any Yellow Jackets from the nest since.

The bees were showstoppers for us because our contractor is allergic so we could not go forward with renovations. Rusty called me 10 minutes after I left a message on his machine and arranged to come the NEXT DAY (on a weekend), which is phenomenal service. He called before he arrived and arrived at EXACTLY the time he said he would be here. He was able to assess our situation immediately, suited up, and did whatever bee hunters do to get rid of the hives. I did not think to mention that I found him on Angies List, yet he asked us and offered us a 10% because we belong to Angies List. We were very pleased with his service and professionalism. A+

They were very responsive arriving at my house the same day as my request for service including calling ahead as he was heading our way. The entire process was very quick and effective. I know who I will be calling if other areas of my home or property need bees wasps or yellow jackets removed.

Rusty was punctual, professional, and immediately took care of the problem. I would recommend him again (or use the company if we need their services again).

Initially I tried to remove the yellow jacket nest myself but with no success. I called the Bee Hunter and got an appointment the same week! Rusty came on time and called 1 hour before arriving as promised. Described the service and the price up front and gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member. The result is that 36 hours later there are no more yellow jackets coming and going from my front porch.

The Bee Hunter was professional and prompt. He was thorough, finding two nests I didn't know existed. He gave me bulk pricing for the three since I had only paid for one nest removal through Angie's List. I would use the Bee Hunter again.

It went fantastic! Rusty was available on the same day I called even though it was a Sunday. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and was very professional. He had all the protective gear he needed and completed the job in a very professional manner. I would absolutely recommend his services and will hire him again should the need arise.

This guy was great - he responded to my request promptly and surveyed and treated my property before we even moved in. He talked me through each stage on the phone since I wasn't there to supervise and ran everything by me before he did the work. He was even willing to climb around under my deck to search for hornets nests - and a good thing too, because he found a veritable civilization of stinging insects down there! We haven't had a chance yet to see whether the insects came back but the service was fabulous and I rest easier knowing that my 2-year-old daughter won't be running around a bunch of wasp nests.

Rusty Dillon responded very promptly to my call and arrived just when he said he would. He asked me a few questions about what I was doing before I was attacked by a swarm of yellow jackets. He tracked down the nest opening yards away from where I thought it was, and he took care of it quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and friendly throughout the call and showed the utmost respect for our property. I recommend his service wholeheartedly and will call him again if another hive moves in.

They came the same day I called him. Once he heard I had kids, he was on his way. He was so courteous and prompt. I will be using them in the future since I live near a wooded area.

I was horrified to discover a huge wasp nest- come to find out it was in fact a hornets nest. My neighbor had a similar problem and referred me to the Bee Hunter. I called and had a return call within the hour- and scheduled a visit for later that same day! Rusty took care of the nest- and treated another nest he found (free of charge!) and answered many questions from my very interested children. From first contact to the removal of the nest it was problem-free. Def would use this company again.

My husband got stung by multiple wasps, and upon further inspection we discovered an absolutely huge wasp nest in our children?s play house. The nest was larger than a football and it became quickly apparent that we needed professional help. The whole process was a lot easier and much faster than I expected. The Bee Hunter came in the evening, which was the only time that we were available; and was able to quickly identify the type of wasp we had and removed the nest relatively quickly and in the dark. The whole process took less than an hour. I was impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge of the wasp nest we had. He gave us a rough estimate of what it would cost over the phone, using our description of the nest and before he did the work he confirmed that estimate which ended up what we were charged. Hopefully we will not have another nest this size, but if we do, we will be calling the Bee Hunter again.
