Extremely pleased with the quality of the work. We have used Presto a number of time strictly because their work is outstanding and their crew is professional and easy to work with. Price is not always the least expensive, but you are purchasing value.

They were very nice and seemed competent. They knew what they were talking about but their prices seemed a bit high.

overall I am very pleased with the job and professionalism of the company and its employees.

Delayed due to weather but completed quickly and effectively.

I called for an estimate for painting the exterior of my condo building. They said I should be there when the guy comes out to view the house, which I thought was unnecessary-he's just looking at the outside of my house, why do I need to be there? My schedule was packed and the only thing I could do was rearrange my weekend plans so that I could be there Friday after work. At the exact time they were supposed to be there, they called and said they couldn't come. Disappointing, seeing as my weekend was rescheduled around this. Then, the woman said they could do it Saturday but I said I couldn't be there Saturday. She said I didn't need to be there...(?)... and that they would just send the guy over to do it and they would leave the printed estimate at the house on Monday. Never heard from them again. Totally unprofessional.

This company stripped my home down to the clapboards. Other painting companies were not willing to do this. Other companies simply wanted to paint over the mildew which would have ruined the paint. Presto did it right! They prepared my home properly so that the paint would not be ruined. They were very professional and finished the project in 3 days. They also did repairs as they worked. If they saw an area that needed filling they took care of it as an extra. They properly treated any areas that were exposed that could've caused rot in the future. Their work has held up very well.
