Royal Cleaning

So I posted an add on another list advertising that I have recently had an accident and I need help cleaning my house. I posted pretty precisley what I needed and how much I was willing to pay. Royal responded to my add saying that, they had no problem with all the animals and would like to help us out. The next day I called and spoke to the owner Mike. He was very pleasant on the phone and we went in to more detail about what I needed. Basically a full cleaning including, floors, windows, doors, dusting, vaccuum, carpet cleaning exc.... I also mentioned to him that due to the injury and my unability to work as much I had a set price that I could pay. He assured me that they want to "Help people as much as possible and are willing to work with on price". He said that he would like to have his account manager come by the place to get a better idea and give me an estimate and he would do what he could to keep everyone involved happy. I agreed that it was fair enough to want to do that. With that he told me that he spoke to his account manager and he would have him call me the next day. The next day no one called. I called and got a hold of him. I spoke with the account manager breifly once again answering questions about the house. I was expecting to make an appointment for him to come by to "Look" at the house. Instead he told me that he needed to speak to Mike and he would call me back. I was a little puzzled by this but agreed. Ten minutes later the Account manager called me back and said "I'm sorry, but the job you have isn't feezable for us to commit to". This leaved me incredibly ticked off that I wasted time on these people and now have one day to scramble and get someone here to clean my house.
