We ran out of water in our faucets and toilets. Joe Conlon came over the day we called and fit us into an already tight schedule. He took a look at the kitchen sink and figured out the problem, which was a malfunction in the faucet. He somehow fixed the water as well. Can't say enough good things about him and we will certainly use him again for any plumbing issue. He knows what he is doing. Because it took him less than a half hour, he did not even charge us for his time.

Everyone but Joe said the couldnt do it. Joe came out in a bad storm, fixed problem and fixed sinks. Awesome service. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Conlon Plumbing came highly recommended by a friend. They are excellent. The serviceman was in and out so that I hardly knew he had been here. He was very quick and efficient and left no mess. I didn't have to wait for them either. He came very promptly.

They are very small company 3 people so Mr. Conlon had no backup. We waited a week for them to come back, meanwhile the hole in which they drilled in our basement was leaking due to faulty cement or application. The electrician he used also put the thermostat at the wrong hight, they had to come back and redo it. The electrician did that for no charge. The inspection part was a little funny as they said he came by. They had no record or receipt. I asked to make sure we got one and then the inspector came again, Conlon charged me for his time and the inspection. I thought this was bit much as they took a over a week to get a job done that should have been two days at most. We had water coming in from the rain and we patiently waited without complain. In short we gave him a lot of slack. Could have not charged us for his time as they took to long in finishing the job and we had water in the basement. Lucky we have French drains. The cost was $759 more than the estimate.

We found the leak on Saturday morning. When I called Joe, even though he had a wedding to go to that day, he said he would be over in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time, and was very courteous and professional. We had a nice talk as he worked and I was able to ask some questions that had been bugging me about other plumbing issues in the house. He fixed the leak, then took a look at a few of the other items and replaced a flapper in one of the toilets that was leaking. As we talked, it was obvious that Joe was a straight up guy who wasn't going to tell you that you need major repairs when you really don't. The best recommendation is that our cat when right up to him for a scratch behind the ears as soon as he arrived. Highly recommended.

I CALLED CONLON PLUMBING IN THE MORNING AND LEFT A VOICE MAIL THAT I HAD NO HEAT. JOE CALLED BACK IN A FEW HOURS TO SEE IF HE COULD COME RIGHT OVER.
