They arrived on time on the scheduled day and were very polite and helpful. We would definitely refer them to friends or use them again if we have more work to be done.

Scott was very friendly, responsive and did a great job. I had a tenant leave a pallet of wood, an old chair and several other items of debris after their lease expired. Scott came in, cleaned the area, removed all the debris and left the place looking great. While cleaning the area he discovered more debris (bricks) under the piles we originally spoke about. He called to confirm that I wanted those items removes, instead of either 1) ignoring it, or 2) removing it without asking which I feel may have been the approach of other services. I would highly recommend Scott and his junk removal services.

Thank you Junk King!!!They are the best. I needed some Lumber, an A/C and some lawn bags removed and saw a Big Deal that couldn't have come at a better time. I ordered the Big Deal on Sunday 6/17, called them on 6/18 and the appointment was made for 6/20. They were supposed to come between 1-3 on 6/20 but called early that day to see if they could come earlier due to the 95+ degree heat we were expecting. They did make certain that it was my call but since I work close by it worked out for me.They called 15min prior to arrival so I could meet them and they were there with the truck by the time I got home.Very friendly and professional crew they removed said items quickly and had no complaints when the lawn bags all started breaking. I even went over the allotted amount called for in the Big Deal but they let it slide since I came out to meet them early. Overall an A+++ experience.

Our first appointment did not work out as Junk King ran behind schedule from earlier jobs and I could not meet them outside the appointment time we had set. However, the second time was the charm as they called 15-20 minutes ahead of arriving as promised and were well within the appointment window. The crew was courteous, professional and efficient in removing our unwanted items including an old washer, dryer, grill, screen door, window frames, and an assortment of other items. I found Junk King on Angie's List, and went to their website, which described their service. I signed up for an 8-10 am window to pick up my items. Though they were well within the window, they called to let me know they would be a bit late, as the traffic was bad getting to the house. They arrived at around 9:15. I showed them the items to remove: a dresser from the 2nd floor, a large reclining chair, a love seat, an entertainment center, and an ottoman, along with 4 small bags of unneeded items. To do the pricing, they estimate how much of the truck your stuff will fill, and provide a cost. For these items, it was $228. They finished quickly, were courteous, and took everything without issue. Would definitely hire again. UPDATE: I did hire again! Using an Angie's List coupon, I hired Junk King again to clean out all the empty boxes, debris from moving, and unneeded items following my move from Medford to Lowell. Again, they were courteous, on-time, and upfront about costs. The nice gents who removed my unwanted items were charming and clean, even sweeping out the garage when complete. Would highly recommend them and use them again myself.

From the initial email requesting a quote, and then removing of the materials..it went smooth and quick. I wouldn't think twice about hiring you again when I need materials removed from my house.
