They came when they said they would come. They were nice. They did their job. This was part of special. I would definitely hire them again. Very convenient.

I called Junk King to pick up some junk left over from some house renovations. They gave me a date right away so I could get rid of the debris befor the Hurricane. Lenny and Derik came and removed my debris very quickly...They were both very helpful in helping me putting a few things in my basement. I am disabled and I appriciated them so much to help me. They both were very helpful, very knowledgeable and very caring people. When I call on Junk King again I will definely will call on them again to help me. They gave their cards and I will let my friends know what a wonderful experience with Junk King...and their prices are very reasonable. Thanks, Sue D.

It was a pleassure to work with Junk King. They arrived on-time, loaded the debris and cleaned up after without asking. It was a 2 stop pick up which was handled smoothly and proffessionally. I would definatley use again and recommend to others.

I was extremely happy with Junk King. The price (with a coupon) was excellent, and the two-man crew was pleasant, efficient, respectful, and intelligent. The only black mark---and a minor one, IMO---is that they were supposed to call me 20 minutes before their arrival in a two-hour window, but they showed up at the property with no call. They said they had tried to reach me and got a busy signal, which is very unlikely. That said, however, any time I need to have junk hauled away from my home or from a client's home (I'm a Realtor), I will definitely call Junk King.

Went well. They called 45 minutes before they arrived. They gave me an estimate before they started. They removed everything and stuck to their estimate. Nothing bad! And the "Angie's Deal" made it all the better!

They managed the drag the "bagster" half way up the truck ramp before the winch broke and then had to unload everything by hand. A tough job but they continued to work hard and got the junk in the truck bed. Hard working guys.

They did a great job removing debris from my shed. They even cleaned up the shards and rubble from the floor.

I have used these guys a number of times and I can not say enough great things about them. They arrive when they should if by chance they will be late they will call. Extremely professional and polite. One of the best service providers I have found on Angie's list.

Derek and Lenny arrived during the specified window and were very professional in calling ahead. It took about an hour to shovel and wheel barrel many loads of dirt from my yard. Everything looks great and I plan to use them again in the near future. From what I can tell, their prices (without an Angie's list deal) are on par with what you would find with other hauling outfits.

I purchased a "Big Deal" earlier in the year and used the coupon on the day it was to expire. My original contact with Scott was great as I had questions I wanted to ask prior to purchasing the coupon. I liked the answers and purchased the "Big Deal." When it was time to use the coupon, I again contact Scott via email. Again, I can't say enough good things about Scott. He was quick to respond. He told me how to go online to set up my appt. Unfortunately, once I entered my zip code, the system did not recognize it. So I had to contact Scott again. He set up the appt for me. I was very flexible and stated in my email that any time on the 18th of July would be just fine. Unfortunately, that's when things started to change. The morning of the 18th, I wasn't even sure if they were coming as I didn't get a confirmation email. However, after my back and forth with Scott, I was fairly certain they would show up. At one point that same morning, I got a phone call from Junk King. The person on the phone wanted to know my street name again as it wasn't coming up on their GPS. After I gave him the address, I asked him if he was coming in from the Interstate. He then said no as I was in Chelmsford. No, I'm not. I'm in Haverhill. First red flag. At this point, I had to leave for the office. My husband was home and had everything in the garage for them to take. They advertise that I don't have to gather it but I wanted to make it as easy as I possibly could for the guys. So, here I have to go by my husband's input which wasn't very good. According to my husband, the guys had no idea what coupon we were talking about. (The "Big Deal" was $228 worth of junk removed for $128.) After he gave them the coupon, our overage was exactly $100. I find it a bit suspicious that I was suppose to save $100 but that I was over the weight limit by exactly $100. And to me, the worst part, was that they claim to take just about everything from electronics, furniture, to remodeling debris. They refused to take 2 small TVs which are still sitting in my garage. The only items listed that they do not haul is hazardous waste. I thought TVs fell under Electronics. Guess they don't with Junk King. So, would I use them again.... Absolutely not. My experience started out great and I couldn't have been happier with Scott. As for who showed up, I can't say if Scott was even there but if he wasn't, his representatives didn't represent him in a positive light.

The men were very efficient and worked independently. One job was done while we were on the property, and the other, when we were not. Both were done exactly as contracted, each in one day, and for less money than was quoted. All debris was removed from the property, except for three widths of fencing that my husband requested to keep. We are totally satisfied with the work done.

This was a very small job, but they did very well. No-nonsense, professional, they even arrived early, but didn't proceed until they had my "ok" via phone.

I paid for 1/8 truck junk removal on an Angies List deal. They were able to come the day after I called to schedule, and they were on time. But the guy driving the truck tried to take far less than the alloted 1/8 truck space. When I called him on it, he told the guy with him to throw a couple bags in and that was all. It was definitely less than what I paid for. With a business like this where it's left to eye-ballining what you get, it's very easy to be ripped off. I will not use this company again. I used another company about 6 months ago via another Angies LIst deal. They were very honest. They will get my future business.

I ordered the big deal, got an appointment for next business day and they were there in the morning.

Service was performed as expected, they were a bit late, but called to let me know when they would be arriving.

Junk King phone service was great. We had to reschedule our original appointment. The phone staff were professional and helpful and always sent a confirming email. Lenny and Derek arrived on time and did a great job. They moved a very heavy piano without complaint. They also took two large desks down winding stairs and created no damage. They were professional and took extra care to do their work well. We definitely use them again.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! THEY CAME WITH A FULL TRUCK AND DIDN'T EVEN CALL TO SEE WHAT THEY WOULD BE REMOVING AND TO TELL ME THEIR TRUCK WAS FULL

They did an excellent job removing very heavy dressers and a desk from the 2nd floor. They were on time and very pleasant. I would definitely use them again.
