The service turned out relatively well. I did purchase 3 of the Deals and they did haul the junk away. They showed up, but they did not know that I purchased the Big Deals or how that worked. The administration was a little confusing and that was a hassle. They showed up and did what they said they were going to do though.

I prepared for the removal of our "junk" by moving the junk items into separate areas of the cellar and did the same inside the garden shed. I stayed with them to point out the item groups in both locations that were to be junked. Showed them everything that I wanted them to take and they loaded those materials onto their truck. The process was very methodical; I pointed out all the items that were going and they loaded them onto their truck. The materials included old paint, old tools,metal boxes and plastic containers, cardboard boxes, an old garden swing set, lumber, old electronics, electronic cables, old magazines and paper items. The Junk King crew were a pleasure to deal with, they asked good questions and were through in about an hour after they arrived.

Very helpful and accomodating. They are my go to guys for large trash removal.

I received a quick response after purchasing the $89 coupon from Junk King and date and time was scheduled. Provider arrived promptly and quickly loaded everything. Some items were on the first floor but majority were located in basement. Because of deep snow, walkout from basement was blocked and everything had to be carried up interior steps which was more difficult. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and professional. I would use Junk King again.
