That turned out fine. They came by and took a portion of what I had. They were upfront and did a decent job.

They did a great job the first time I used them. I have used them again since. I asked them to get rid of my old desk for me; to save space they smacked it into pieces in my driveway which I asked them not to do again. I would call them again in the future.

Can I complain about them being TOO EARLY! I'm kidding... kinda! I called them in person (on short notice because the buyers kept flip-flopping on whether they needed the appliances or not) and set up an appointment for 3-5pm. Just before 2pm, I got a call from them saying that they were in the neighborhood. The problem: I WASN'T HOME and was in the process of returning a rental car. I canceled the return and raced back home to meet them because an earlier appointment while I still had a car was better than a later one. The two guys that came in were very professional. I had taken the washer apart because space was tight and I didn't know how they'd take it through the narrow doors from the laundry area. They however, moved their truck off the back porch of my second floor, dragged the appliances to the porch and launched it, airborne for a second or two, into the truck below. On their way out I asked them if they would take a small coffee table that I didn't need. They took that too, for no extra charge. It took them less than 20 minutes to come in, send the appliances flying out the house, take the table and leave my driveway. (and then I returned my rental car!) Hopefully, wherever I end up next won't have junk in it, but if I everhave to need hauling services I'll definitely look them up!

They were absolutely great! They were courteous and showed up on time. Their pricing was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Received a call that they would be a few minutes late. It was just a few minutes after the arranged time when they arrived. Two young men were in the truck and both were very professional. Warned them that I had an indoor cat and they were very careful to close doors behind them. All materials to be removed were in the basement and the bulkhead was used to remove everything. The one real challenge was the very old refrigerator that was made from heavy steel. I had a real concern that one of them would get hurt because the steps are narrow and they could not use the 2-wheeler. Luckily there were no injuries. I would definitely use Junk King again and would recommend it to others. The Angie's List promotion from Junk King in February was used toward this service and the price after the promo was $125.00.

The service turned out fine. There were additional fees for what I had them do. The pricing was a little high. I was not sure of what a cubic foot was and would have appreciated an example ahead of time. They hauled junk that had accumulated in the basement. The technicians were very friendly and overly accommodating. I would consider using them in the future. I prefer using a local company, however.

These guys are great to work with. They were here at the scheduled time and got right to work hauling the 2 desks and file cabinet out of the basement. They were both extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend them.

The gentleman arrived on time, was curteous, removed all of my unwanted items, and charged me what I felt was a fair price.

They were wonderful and great. There were 2 men who work for Junk King, it was Jim and Austin. They were friendly, great, and worked really hard with a smile. We would use them again. They were eager to help and they went beyond kindness in helping move stuff around. They also helped unload stuff and I'm talking about some musty things and there was no complaint. I have no downsides for them. They called 15 to 20 minutes before they were arriving which was I was told they would do. I had to actually have to reschedule the appointment once and the person that I dealt with on the phone was also wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

They took a long time to get in contact with me to schedule, but they were great! They called me when they were on the way over to my home. The job for the amount advertised was bigger so they said there would be some additional fees, but the end price was fair and what I expected. They were very upfront with pricing. They were very meticulous with cleaning up afterwards and sweeping up things that may have fallen from the truck. The workers that came out that day were so great, but the office staff could be more responsive.

They were very friendly and my neighbors came by and saw the great work they were doing. Junk King is a very pleasant company to have do work for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They had to take the doors off the refrigerator and cut the wires to get it out the door. It was a tricky job and process but they did it well. I would use them again.

This was the second time I used Junk King, and their service was again excellent. Their truck showed up on time. Two men trudged through knee-deep snow into my back yard and out again to the street, because they couldn't drive their truck closer. Each man made about ten round trips. I gave them my Special Deal certificate, but they already had all the info they needed. I tipped them (not required but I wanted to) and off they went.

They were on time, efficient, polite, and good workers.

It was a very difficult job for two men to remove the sofa bed, but they did it well, with a pleasant, polite attitude.. Everything done professionally.

They were very responsive with scheduling and arrived on time. They did note that mattresses and a/c are extra fees, which only a/c was noted as having an extra fee on the coupon. They also quoted a higher price than reasonable for taking extra items beyond what the coupon covered. However, he easily negotiated something more reasonable and we ended up being very happy with the work for the price.

I needed to have an entertainment center that we were no longer using removed. They showed up right on time and took away the items.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services went very well. I paid significantly more than the actual big deal purchase. They showed up on time. They were courteous and they did everything that they said they were going to do. They are great and I highly recommend them. Regarding price, I think it cost me more than I thought. They cleaned up everything and they did a real good job.

My experience turned out very well. They were very accommodating to my schedule and agreed on a time to meet and confirmed with me on when they would be there. They arrived promptly for the appointment and took everything they were supposed to.

This is the second time I've used Junk Kings. They're my go-to guys as I organize and clear out my house! They're reliable, pleasant, punctual, and altogether delightful to deal with. If I could give them an A+ I would!
