Richard was a total professional, stayed to finish a difficult job on a Sunday night. Cleaned up when he was done.

He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He even bought a new pipe because the other one was so clogged he couldn't get through it. He worked until the project was finished. I would hire him again.

He did what I asked and he did a great job. He explained what he needed to do, and what caused it and he did the work. He let me know to call him if anything went wrong.
