An excellent company from estimate to end. Their desire to satisfy our needs and questions about the job were evident. Analogous to the carpenter's "measure twice, cut once," we did a thorough walk-through to prepare an estimate, then another walk-through before the job started and a final walk-through at the end. The estimate was meticulously prepared and and laid-out. Once the job started, there was not only a foreman in charge of the work, but also a project manager who showed up often and checked in with us frequently. Unforeseen questions and issues popped up on both sides and, thanks to the excellent communication, were easily resolved. They did not want to be paid until the job met our satisfaction, and they returned, on our request to look at an issue that showed up even after they were paid. We couldn't recommend this company highly enough and would invite them back in the future.

The owner of the company was very professional, helped me make decisions and was always letting me know the status, when the work would be done, finished. He showed up every day to check on the workers. The workers showed up with clean shirts and pants every day, were very careful and good at their job. I am so glad I found them.

The owner was greatâ let me know exactly what they would do, gave options for an ad-on (repaint a piece of outdoor furniture), and checked with me about color options. And, when the project was finished, we were having trouble closing the newly painted front door, and I saw a spot needing touch-up. He came right over and fixed both issues. I was very impressed.

The whole Foxrock team was outstanding. We hired them to stain the outside and do some touch-up painting on the windows and soffits. They listened, other contractors we considered were not as attentive. The weather made the job difficult, but Foxrock's communication was terrific. We knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. The quality of the work couldn't have been betters. 5 stars on everything.

Friendly, honesty company that truly cares about their customers. From my first phone call to Kate, I knew this was a different type of company. Kate took down my contact info and said I would be receiving a call from Jeff to setup an appointment. Twenty minutes later, I m talking to Jeff and setting up an appointment. Jeff was on time, a little early, and put on disposable booties before he entered my house. Walked through what we wanted done. Had an estimate in a very short time. We discussed how the project would proceed. Kate sent contract via email, we signed and emailed back. Plenty of communications leading up to the scheduled day. Three days later, as promised, we had our kitchen walls, and ceilings done, living room and dining room ceilings and trim done, as well as the hallway ceilings, doors and trim completed. If your looking for a premium painting company, look no further. My wife and I are thinking of a few other painting needs in the very near future and we will definitely go with Fox Rock Painting.

Kate and Jeff were great!! Excellent professionalism, timely, friendly, honest, and quality describe this company. Our porch is where we spend all our time at home in the summer. It needed a face lift and they delivered!!! The crew was fast, friendly and skilled. No hidden costs, and extreme value. Foxrock did a phenominal job on the project scope, but even prior to the work they did, their customer service was extraordinary. Their pricing is competitive, they were able to respond more quickly than I anticipated, and you definitely get the quality of work that you expect and that you've paid for. I was more than pleased with their detail to attention and the outcome of their work. I will use them going forward for all of my painting needs, exterior and interior.

Foxrock went to great pains to match the original color (which we wanted to keep), and they kept us well informed from start to finish. Even though we were away while they were painting, they let us know about their progress. And, when we were home and the project manager came for our walk-around, they told us that no repairs (to shingles, woodwork, etc. ) had been required. Apparently this is unusual; and since we were not home, if they had told us they needed to replace some shingles, we would not have been the wiser. And they cleaned up beautifully when they left. The real test à ¢à  à  how long the painting lasts à ¢à  à  is of course still an open question. But my husband and I are very optimistic.

Foxrock painted 5 rooms and a stairwell for us as part of a larger mold remediation project. We wish they had been in charge of the whole thing! Ron, our project manager took the stress out of the comings and goings of the painters, always letting us know what to expect when. The painters were friendly, on time and excellent at their jobs. They brought enough painters to get the job done in the timeframe they said. They left the area extremely clean. They even cleaned a ceiling airvent that our other "professional" cleaners skipped. As project managers ourselves, my husband and I were impressed with the professionalism of the results and entire process. We look forward to working with Foxrock again.

Overall an excellent experience. When a worker damaged one of our trees, they fully investigated and compensated us for the loss. The painting and repair was meticulously done by the crew!
