The toilets arrived in the wrong color, our plumber had difficulty installing some of the fixtures. The faucets were faulty, the showerhead arrived with the wrong arm. The only thing that arrived that didn't have something wrong with it was the vanity. The response from WaterSpot was for me to contact the manufacturer or work with the manufacturing rep to try to resolve the many issues. I spent an enormous amount of time going between WaterSpot, the manufacturers and our contractors to keep the project moving. The last and still outstanding issue involves the rainwater shower head. There are two shower head fixtures in the shower. A handheld shower head and the rainwater shower head. I prefer the handheld because it has better water pressure. When using that shower head, the rainwater shower head slowly drips cold water. The way the two fixtures are installed, there is no where to stand to avoid the cold water drip. I was told to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer stated that this was a common occurence due to the way the rainwater shower head is designed (water pools in the can). The vibration from the other fixture is what causes the water to drip out of the rainwater shower head. The manufacturer also stated retailers are well aware of this and should be advising customers accordingly so they can factor that into the design. WaterSpot did come up with another shower head that would not drip cold water. However they will not take back the rainwater shower head because it had been installed. Bottom line, I would have expected more involvement from WaterSpot in resolve the ongoing issues (vs sending me to the manufacturer). I would have also expected more expertise on the front end design. So many things could have been avoided had the Sales Reps at WaterSpot been better informed on how their products worked. It's hard to say if everything was truely the fault of WaterSpot; however, 1) I wouldn't use them again and 2) if you do want to work with WaterSpot make sure you have some knowledge of bathroom fixtures and how they work together because I don't think they provide that expertise.
