Paul is very professional. The roof looks great and the clean-up was excellent. There was a bit of a snafu with finishing the soffit vents but I am sure based on their performance so far, that this will be done well. I'd recommend this company highly.

Upside: The price was extremely competition, even though they bid additional services over some their competition. The job was done as expected and the cleanup was pretty good. Overall I'm happy with the quality of the work. Downside: The project manager committed to being on-site prior to the start of the work. However the work crew just started working without much of a conversation. The team lead and the roofers had limited English skills. I had to stop the crew and walk through what needed to be done with the lead before allowing them to proceed. Project manager said he had a conflict with the schedule put didn't call me.

Paul was very informative and helpful in educating me on my first roofing job for hire. The crew came out within a week of me making my decision to hire Exterior Solutions and completed the job in one day. A week later the gutter crew was out to complete the job with new gutters. I had to do some minor clean up but, everything looks great.

They did a beautiful job, and came back right away to take care of a few odds and ends when we called. The only area of improvement is that we were told once they start the job, they would continue until it was complete, weather permitting. There were a couple of days they didn't show, and as a result, our new gutters weren't installed (old ones were down for 2 weeks) in time for the bad rain storm in March. We had slight water seapage and damage in our finished basement that probably wouldn't have happened if we had the gutters. However, since we couldn't prove it, sjince it was the worst flooding in decades, we had to pay for the damage

They did a good job on our roof. We did had small water leak under heavy rain after about 4 months. But, they came right of way and fixed the leak.

Got in quick. Completed the job quickly. Cleaned up well. Excellent service.

Their sales representative did the best analysis of what we needed for our roofing job. Their roofing crew worked quickly and did a very good job, leaving the area around our house very clean. One issue arose with the job. The crew was back the next day to fix it. We were very satisfied.

When searching for a company to replace our roof I obtained quotes from 3 different contractors. Although your company's quote was the highest amount I still felt confident in my decision to go with Exterior Solutions based not only on further research into the company, but primarily because of the professionalism, knowledge, expertise and confidence exhibited by Pat Hayes during the estimation process.

Exterior Solutions installed vinyl siding for us, replaced our front door, made new screens for or porch and installed a side door to our garage. They were terrific throughout - Paul was very responsive and Bernie is a true craftsman. They were easy to reach, always showed up exactly when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and did a very professional, beautiful job. We're very pleased and would definitely use them again.

The sales person that I dealt with Paul St. Martin was excellent throughout the project. The work quality was outstanding. There was a little difficulty with the continuity of the project and it took longer than expected. The adverse weather in late November and December had some impact. But, a call to Paul would get things back on track. We are very pleased with the results.

Project was done in 1 day. Most impressed by the cleanup. Never would have known anyone was there.

We love our new roof - it really looks awesome. The ridge vents make a tremendous difference cooling down the house. The quote from Exterior Solutions was significantly lower than the others. The guys showed up as promised and got right to work, Very efficient. Our house is big and old, and some parts took longer than expected. It was very hot, and one crew member went home sick. The rest stayed until 7pm on a Friday to complete the section. The guys did a great job cleaning up, too.
