 + -1 moreThey told me Dyson's can't be repaired and that Dyson doesn't even sell the vacuum parts to repair it. They told me I was better off with one of the models they have in their store. If I hadn't paid so much for the vacuum, I would have thrown it in the trash, based on what the salesperson told me. Almost a year later, I heard that they only like to repair the models they sell and will try to sell you a new one rather than repair yours. I went to Don Garland, Inc in Framingham and they fixed it!
Description of Work: I had a Dyson vacuum that needed repair, just the brush roll wouldn't spin.
