All of the commitments for cleaning from start to finish were completed as planned.

There was some confusion about the deadline for the Big Deal service, but it was honored with no argument. The women who came did a beautiful job on the kitchen and one of the bathrooms, which both needed a lot of cleaning.

Very pleasant people, flexible and hard working. Thiago was very pleasant as were all the cleaning ladies. They don't waste any time, get to work right away and finish a 2200 sqft house in under two hours. The best feature for us was that they always changed the sheets on all the beds in the house. They worked for us for us from approx August 2010 through April 2011. We have cancelled their services for now, but will hire them again.

I called and asked for an appointment for an estimate, and was given one a few days later at 10am. No one came and no one called until late in the afternoon. The person was not rude, but not as apologetic as I would have been in his situation. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told him I did and would call him back. I did and he gave an appointment 3 or 4 days later and didn't show and didn't call.

I have them on a regular schedule now and they're very reliable and good cleaners. They are attentive, on time, flexible and willing to take on extra jobs when I ask. I recommend them.

After an initial mix-up about when they were coming, Jill and her helper showed up on time and did a great job. We used an Angie's List deal of the Day coupon and were very happy with the results.

My initial phone call with Thiago Souza was very pleasant and professional. Thiago came to my house to look around and understand what I wanted done. We then communicated via email to set up the cleaning date and time. Jill and three other women came to my house on the scheduled day. They were hard-working, thorough and friendly. They did a terrific job from top to bottom. As they were finishing, Jill and I did a walk-through to see if I had any questions. I asked Jill to re-do a few areas and she did them right away. Very well-done. I would certainly call Jill's Cleaning Service in the future.

Estimate and cleaning all took place shortly after I arranged the service by phone. Very nice to deal with, and they cleaned everything.

FANTASTIC! We got 4 hours of cleaning at that price through Angie's Big Deal of the Day. DEFINITELY worth the money at TWICE the price! The women were about 1/2 hour late - not surprising as we were not the first job of the day and things happen. They were professional, courteous, got right to work and got an unbelievable amount done in an hour and a half. Even cleaned out my toaster oven and washed out the trash can. The house smelled and looked TERRIFIC, and I was extremely happy. Am planning on using them again at regular price, which is extremely fair and reasonable for all that you get. Highest recommendation!

good service for the price. punctuality could be improved; arrived over one hour later than the two-hour block that was communicated to me, and I had to call to find out where they were.

Yes, yes, yes and yes. Just when I thought that my expectations were too high and that I should maybe be more realistic, Jill's cleaning came and saved the day. They were extremely prompt in their responses and were available very soon after the initial consultation to determine pricing and to understand the scope of services that needed to be done. When they came, they triple checked everything that needed to be done. Jill personally came over briefly to speak with me and instruct the cleaners. So, they actually MOVE things to clean under them. That's right - they moved FURNITURE to vacuum UNDER the nightstands, armchairs, etc. I couldn't believe it. They cleaned the handles to things, the refrigerator door and handle, got any cobwebs out of the corners AND cleaned the outside surface of the windows by my front door. Couldn't believe it. Recommend highly. A+ across the board!

Jill was prompt, professional and pleasant. All of the cleaning was done well, and in a timely manner.

The condo was beautiful when they were done and it smelled fantastic. The first cleaning was $220. but we plan to have them come once a week for $100. They also cleaned the house which is big and was very dirty and charged $1100 for that huge job. When Thiago contacted me to ask if we were happy with their work, I let him know that they had missed a few areas. He sent Jill and another woman back to make sure the house was perfect for the broker's open house and they really did a wonderful job, including the windows and the inside of the oven. I'm very happy with the work they do and with their professionalism. Thiago is pleasant and polite and I liked Jill very much, as well. All in all, they are well above average, especially in the pride they take in their work and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

I thought they were good, but we had a misunderstanding. They had done some work in the house I moved into and they charged double than I expected. They charged 30 dollars and hour per person. It seemed really strange, but she was really nice and I felt it was a genuine mistake. We ended up compromising in the middle for the price. We ended up not using them again.

LOVE her! She is very professional, timely, and fair in her pricing. She is easy to contact - via email or cell phone. I trust her completely to be in our home and she took wonderful care of our home and belongings. Look forward to having her clean my next home.

She is my housekeeper and I have referred her to all my friends. We all love her. She is very, very, very thorough and detail oriented. She is very considerate. I work and have been on maternity leave. I notice that she tries to come early so she can be out of my son's room by his naptime. She is very good. Everything is always perfect when she leaves. Her price is right in line with everyone else.

She has been with us for quite a while and she is terrific. We are very happy. She is very thorough and dependable. We trust her alone in the house. We often ask her to do extra jobs. She has been with us for four or five years.

Thiago, the contact person for this small company, was very responsive in all respects. He initially came to our house to give us an estimate of what the cleaning would cost. We then arranged a date, and he arrived with three other people. They worked -- hard -- for more than four hours. They were efficient, but extremely thorough. Our house glistens. It has never been this clean. As this four-person team worked hour after hour it became clear to me that the price we had agreed on for this initial cleaning -- $150 -- was simply grossly unfair given how long they were working and how much work was being done. So I paid them substantially more than the agreed on price. To do otherwise would have been exploitative. We were, obviously, extremely pleased with their work, and they will do monthly cleanings for us.

Excellent! I had the same house cleaner for 8 years. I needed someone right away and looked on Angies List and found Jill. She came out the next day. She cleaned better than the cleaners I had for 8 years., She gets down on her hands and knees and gets the vacuum way under the bed! I'm so glad that I found her - she's very nice, very thorough and very easy to work with.
