 + -1 moreI'm a Realtor, and I needed a vacant house to be cleaned ASAP after my sellers moved out. As I felt they had enough to deal with between packing and moving out, I offered to arrange for and pay for a cleaning crew to come in and take care of it. This meant that I wanted a quality job, at a bargain price. I've used another cleaner for this kind of thing in the past, but I could not get her to return my calls for two or three days. Needing to get this cleaning done in advance of some appointments coming up on the weekend, I looked up ratings for cleaners in the area on Angie's List, and I started making calls. I called maybe 8 or 9 companies, leaving messages for each one. Jill was the only one who answered the phone when I called. She said she could meet me at the home that day, in about three hours after we spoke. She showed up on time, as promised, took a few minutes to look at the house, and quoted me a reasonable price. As it turned out, she was able to do the job the very next morning, and completed it before the next appointment to show the house. Jill and her assistant did an absolute first-rate job. They even waxed some of the hardwood floors, making them look much better than they did before. She achieved what I tell my sellers is a must when your home is on the market: The house must be "hotel clean." Because of the high quality of Jill's work, the home now shows at least as nicely as it did when it had furniture in it. As anyone who has ever looked at an empty house can attest, that's a very high compliment. From now on, I will absolutely call Jill any time I have a cleaning job.

She is very dependable. We were doing a thorough cleaning every other week. She informed us that we aren't that dirty and suggested we do smaller cleanings once a month.
