Bernard and his crew ere simply great. Very quick and responsive and very reasonably priced for the scope of the project. Bernard listened and understood exactly what was needed: removing 3 trees whose branches were overhanging utility lines. He got the job done the same day. I highly recommend B&R tree service. By the way, his office manager/ scheduler is so polite and professional which was simply amazing!

Good communication, came when they said they would, did a thorough job. Bernie was the best of all of the different services I spoke to on the initial evaluation, pointing out things that the other services didn't. The only thing to be aware of is that they don't do stump grinding so if you need that done it needs to be organized separately.

Bernie was very knowledgeable and informative. They guys that came and took down the tree were polite, efficient, neat and considerate of neighbors. The only glitch in the whole process was with setting up the appointment for the estimate. We had differences on the date of the initial appointment. It was rescheduled and then had to be rescheduled again on a day I wasn't going to be here. That said, it was done and I was given the information I needed.

I am very pleased with the company's work from start to finish. The owner Bernie is a trustworthy businessman who was good enough to tailor the job so that I could get the most important work done within my budget. I hired his company on the spot and have zero regrets. The team arrived on time, began work immediately, and even accommodated a change to the job while onsite. Every encounter was professional both in person and on the phone. I only wish they had time to grab a broken tree limb that was in one of my other trees. I definitely recommend B&R for tree removal and pruning services.

B&R did an outstanding and professional service in removing my trees. I was simply amazed at their professionalism, strict adherence to safety and extremely pleased with the way they cleaned up after the work was complete.
