PRO-LIGHT DESIGNS

In the beginning Cindy was great and on the ball. She made her appointments on time, always returned calls and emails promptly. She sent invoices promptly as well and I have canceled checks proving she was paid promptly. On her last visit we spoke about my dissatisfaction with very poor lighting in our master bathroom and unacceptable low lighting in the kitchen. She recommended we change a few light bulbs and add a few more fixtures. She ordered our materials which were paid in full and never delivered them. She lied about dates she ordered them, as well as dates and places in which they were to be delivered. She is difficult to reach on the phone and very slow to answer emails. I am fed up with the excuses and requested a refund. She lied and said it was sent 10/09/2008 and today is October 20th. We live in the same town and there is no way it takes that long to deliver a letter. Cindy has not stood by her work.
