TERRIBLE service does not even begin to describe their responsiveness. I started trying to schedule the painting in July and they did it in December! I would call to schedule, they would say they would call me back with a date, and never did. I got to a point where I called every day because i was being told I would be called back the next day, but yet no phone call. They finally "scheduled" us twice and never showed up. After some fed up phone calls, they finally showed up the third time they scheduled us to do the painting. They were supposed to arrive first thing (7:30-9) and showed up at 10:00 because I found out that they sent the painter somewhere else but he left because it was raining. So I would have been stood up yet again if it had not been pouring down rain! I would never use this company again due to their customer service. They only started being apologetic at the very end (after they did not show up twice) when I was totally fed up - the rest of the time I just got pushed aside.
