It was great! The team arrived on time and accomplished a lot during the 4 hrs included in the Deal. Neilson was very friendly.

4.5 hours, they worked for 5 hours til the job was finished, and my house sparkled! I would definitely recommend them and I plan on hiring them back myself! Nice people, pleasant and hard working!

Great job from M&N Cleaning. Came in fully prepared and wenst straight ahead to the task to get the job done. Broke a lamp by accident and fully covered the cost immediately so really appreciated the honesty. I would definitely recomend them for anyone looking for top notch house cleaning!

They cleaned whole house. wasnt a deep cleaning as I had one about 2 months before. over all was good, little lacking in some areas according to the misses but i think it may be a pers. pref sort of thing regarding chemicals used.???? They did go out of my way to fit me in. They got very booked up from the promo on angies list.

The man in charge, whose name, alas, I can't remember a month later, was cheerful, energetic, and efficient. They were hired for a certain amount of time, not to do a particular job. We talked about what I wanted done and he was responsive to that, but spent more time than I'd bargained for in the upstairs bathrooms, which did however look gorgeous when they were done. A few things had been dusted or wiped down with cloths that left dust at the edge of shelves and smeared a couple of mirrors. There were one or two things left in a condition that suggested they intended to get back to them but forgot, or perhaps neglected to communicate with each other about them. There wasn't time to do a thorough job downstairs.

Great! Nelson & Maria were terrific - hardworking, paid attention to detail, friendly and thorough. We tried them with a coupon, but plan to hire them on a more frequent basis. The house looks better, and actually smells fresher. Our 50 year-old bathtub absolutely gleams! They relied more on elbow grease than harsh chemicals. After they left, we wandered around the house in awe of how good it looked.

I received an email stating that they couldn't perform services until January, that is too far out so I will have to proceed with another service.

M&N Cleaning did an excellent job of deep cleaning the most important parts of our home. Our toaster oven and microwave didn't look this good brand new! Their team washed down ever service including our extensive set of cabinets. The M&N Cleaning staff were very professional and hard working. We plan to hire them to clean our home regularly.

Maria and Nelson were fabulous! I have used other house cleaners through Angie's List and they merely do surface cleaning and are in and out as fast as they can be. Maria & Nelson cleaned every nook and cranny and moved things to insure a proper cleaning. I am so happy to have found them as they are now my regular cleaners. I highly recommend them to anyone who really wants a professional to perform cleaning services in their home.

Nelson and his assistant did a wonderful job cleaning up my house. I have three full bath, two kitchens, four bedrooms, a big living room and a room that I put a Pingpong table in it. I purchased the deal of $125 for 9 hrs and they actually spent 10 hours or so on my house. Nelson is extremely polite and hard-working. If I pointed out the place he missed, he would clean it up very well. It is understandable that they may miss something I see and I can miss something but they would see it. They turned my house from dusty to shiny. They have all the equipment and tools to do the work right and they cleaned the fans and under the bed and almost everywhere. I was very happy with their work because my in-laws were coming the next day and their work ensured a great impression of our house to our in-laws. The M&N cleaning crew are very nice, professional and honest. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Great! Nielsen was prompt, polite and friendly. He and his partner did a very thorough job of cleaning my apartment. They dusted, vacuumed, mopped and scrubbed each room. My bedroom was very (embarrassingly) dusty and Nielsen got every nook and cranny, including my 3 large bookshelves. They were quick and efficient! I had used a different cleaning company a few months before, and M&N was far superior.

M&N showed up on time and went right to work. They asked what kind of cleaning products I would like them to use i.e. standard or organic. They spent 3 hours at my house and it looked great when they left. Very hard working! Thank you!

They didn't just clean the kitchen and bathroom. They scrubbed in all cracks and crevices. They moved furniture and the like to get behind things, on top of things, under things and between things. I had forgotten to ask them to wipe down the washer and dryer. When I went to ask them to do it, I was pleasantly happy to find they had done it already - without me asking. They cleaned the baseboards! Are you kidding me? Who does that? M&N cleaning that's who. I want to hire them to come to my house bi-weekly. They were simply AMAZING!!!! One more thing.....they got here early. He said (forgive me I forgot his name) if you're not ready for us now, we can wait in the car. Are you kidding? Early works for me!!! Wish more providers were early. And then when the two hours (or whatever it was) I paid for was up, I told them they could leave. They had worked so hard I didn't want them to work beyond the time they were getting paid for. I kept saying you guys can wrap up now, I can finish whatever is left. They kept saying, no it's ok, we're not finished. What I'm saying is even though they were not getting paid for the extra time, they were not satisfied until the entire place sparkled. AMAZING!

They showed up ~30 minutes early, which was fine with me. There were 3 people, and in 2 hours they did a great job of cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, hardwood, and tile, some mopping of hardwood and tile, and dusting. I was very pleased with their efficiency and getting so much done in 2 hours and being able to clean a majority of the 3100 sq ft of the first and second floor living space. They were very professional but also seemed to be having fun, joking and laughing with each other while I worked in a back room. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I purchased a "Big Deal" through Angie's List for 4 hours of house cleaning. We have a good-s-zed house (3200 sq ft) and they did an excellent job. Very professional, very thorough and they cleaned areas that our previous house keeper ignored. We signed up with them to come clean our house twice a month -- I would recommend them!

I purchased a "Big Deal" for housecleaning from this provider on September 6, 2014. I contacted them at the time with dates and times that they could come. There was some kind of glitch --I have NO idea whose fault it was, theirs or Angie's list's-- and they did not think I had purchased it. I notified Angie's list. On October 10 (!) I heard back that M&N wanted to schedule a time to come. I replied a week or so later with days and times and now it is the last day of October and no response. I have no idea if the work they do is good, but their communication and follow-up with customers is certainly substandard.

M & N cleaners are terrific. They went beyond what I expected and made my house not just look clean but FEEL clean. There was no strong chemical smell and difficult-to-clean surfaces were all sparkling.

It went very well. Neilson was very responsive about scheduling and confirming. His crew arrived on time. I had prepared a work list for them. They completed all tasks on my list with high quality. They even stayed a little over their advertised time. I highly recommend and will use them again.
