Mike was very friendly in coming out on short notice and providing a detailed evaluation and quote for the work that needed to be done. His pricing was fair and of great value. His team came quickly and finished the entire project all in one day. They send folks the next day after to ensure our property was thoroughly cleaned up and to check in with us. I wanted to review FRS now, reporting on our early contacts. Phil responded quickly to our request for roof repair and replacement, and an appointment was set for the next day (today) with Mike. He was friendly, responsive and professional. He understood exactly what we need and offered several options for how to proceed. We easily came to an agreement, including a very good financing plan. I ll update my report once the work is done, but so far so good. We re very pleased.

The experience with FRS Roofing + Gutters was great since the first consultation. My husband spoke to their estimator and then we asked for a second meeting to answer our questions and to go over the color options, material, warranty, etc. They are transparent and very honest. We replaced our gutters and when it's time to change our roof we will contact FRS again for sure.

I hired FRS Roofing to caulk all of the windows around the exterior of my home. They did a terrible job. The caulking is smeared all over the place. When I complained, the project manager, Helton, promised me they would come back and remove the caulking and completely redo the job. That was a lie. They came back with some mismatched paint to try to cover it up. Now I have to hire another contractor to undo their work and redo the job. They are now tormenting me to pay them, what nerve. Buyer beware.

Used FRS for a rubber roof replacement. Helpful, professional, best price of several I got (indeed, one roofer not on ServiceMagic quoted a price more than 3x as high, while another from ServiceMagic quoted a comparable price to FRS), easy to deal with. Very kindly did two small gutter repairs without adding to the charge. Took a while to get scheduled, several delays because rain set his other jobs back, but once there was efficient and cleaned up great. Would use him again.

FRS roofing was prompt and professional . My calls and questions were immediately addressed. All work specified in the contract was performed completely and efficiently. They also did an excellent job minimizing the mess and cleaning up afterwards. There was no stress on my part. They really know how to treat the customer well!
