Manolo, came out to my house and gave us a quote for gutters and leaf/fall cleanup of yard. 2hich was initially out of my price range, but fair. I told him this, and he worked with me and my family to where we could afford the services. The price was really a generous, kind hearted thing to do. But it helped my family during a difficult time in our lives. The help he provided and excellent services. Will not be forgotten!! I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. (After he left, I looked around yard. Not a single leaf on grass or anywhere. Gutters were cleaned well, which is what I asked for. If you go with anyone else you'd truly be foolish in my opinion. As there's not to many folks like this nowadays!

Manolo’s Landscaping arrived early the next morning and did an awesome job cleaning up the leaves in my neglected yard for a very fair price. Manolo and his helper were also very friendly and professional and brought the equipment needed. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a top job at a reasonable price.

Manolo was very eager to do the job. He arrived on time and worked hard. He did not, however, provide a detailed, written estimate via text or email as I requested. When the work was being performed there was a misunderstanding and change in price and in the work to be done. I would recommend Manolo, but only if he first provides a written, detailed estimate in advance.

Very professional and exceeded expectation every time! Right from the quote to finishing the job in a timely manner and within the cost specified, did a great job. The quality of work was excellent. Had originally hired Manolo for landscaping, but ended up getting a lot more done than we had originally planned, just due to the quality of work we saw Manolo and crew do. Most stress free experience with any contractor so far. Would certainly rehire and recommend Manolo.

Monolo came the same day I spoke with him to check out the job. I was under time constraints and he was able to complete everything I requested in a timely manner. His prices are very reasonable and I plan to hire him again for future landscaping needs. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Manolo came to see the project and gave me a quote the same day I inquired. He came to do the job when promised. Did a fantastic job and very reasonable. I hired him to mow my lawn biweekly. Im very happy.

I found Manolo to be impatient. I am the customer and he wants to do things his way and does not want anyone to tell him what to do. He wanted to charge me way over the normal price until I told him I would not pay it and quoted other provider fees. He took the job anyway. He needs to improve his attitude with clients. He always talked about anything that I considered part of the job as extra money. I disagreed with him because it should be part of this job. I find him hard to get along with.

Manolo showed up to do work on schedule as he stated. Very pleased and did a great job! will hire him for my landscaper again.

I literally could not write this review fast enough! Manolos Landscaping was beyond fantastic!!!! The price was UNBEATABLE! They charged me 1/2 of what everyone else quoted. They were completely professional, prompt courteous, and fast. My property was a complete disaster! The weed, marsh, and vines were consuming everything. I could not believe how fast and fabulous everything looked in only 2 days. If all of that was not enough, a small rosemary plant got pulled out accidentally. They even replaced this. How kind and thoughtful! I wholeheartedly recommend Manolos Landscaping! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I am beyond pleased with the work that they did! I had never hired landscaping before but I am glad I did, they were fabulous.

They did a quick & fabulous job on our yard that was overrun and unkept for 3 years. They showed up right on time and did a great job. Pricing was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend and plan to use them again. Just have to convince the cheap hubby, but even he was happy!
