Gerry and his crew have been helping us for 3 months now. They really have been a big help to us keeping everything clean and organized in our household. Our needs are not that extensive like the rest of his customers but Gerry still treats us he does like his full house cleaning jobs. The first day of cleaning was really comprehensive including the oven, the refrigerator and organizing shelves, cabinets and toiletries. It was amazing what they did and we truly appreciated it. Gerry is wonderful and easy to communicate with. Whatever our needs are (within reason!) he is able to take care of. Gerry is willing to work with us to accommodate our busy schedules. When we first contacted him to come out he called back within hours of leaving him a message and he came out to do the assessment within 48 hours. Other companies we called didn't even respond to our message that quick! Gerry listened to what our specific needs were and worked with us to find a fee that was appropriate. Also Gerry is so great with our animals too, the crew is able to clean around them and make sure to keep them safe too. We recommend that if you are looking for housecleaning help contact them. We couldn't be more pleased to work with Gerry and his crew.

Gerry and his partner arrived on time. They went to work at once to clean my seven room home. I appreciate their close attention to detail. When they finished the house was spotless-the way I like it. I think their rates are reasonable and I would recommend them without reservation to others.

Everything went great. I had them clean everything, from the inside of the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, stove, bathroom, windows, etc. The studio has never been cleaner. The owner, Gediel, and one other worker showed up and completed the job in just under 2 hours. I am very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and associates. We had a misunderstanding in regards to the price quoted on the initial visit, but Gediel was very accommodating and the matter was resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

Jerry from Angel cleaning was beyond fabulous!!! If I could give them an A++++++++++ rating I would! He dealt with beyond the usual hassles: The first time he came the electricity had not been turned on (major problem with utility but nothing to do with him, obviously!) He went through the space, revised his initial telephone estimate by a bit, but given how filthy it was it was still more than reasonable. Not to mention this is a third floor walk up! He fit me in a few days later. I think they spent almost 5 hours cleaning - incredibly thoroughly! - and held to his estimate. The job he did was worth more than he charged! Everything smelled fresh and gleamed! Kitchen appliances which were particularly bad look like new! Hardwood floors and shiny and beautiful! Kitchen cabinets gleam! He cleaned the outer part of the window sills, they scrubbed the drain pan the washing machine sits in. They scrubbed walls. After he was done he told me I had a plumbing problem: kitchen sink would not drain (horribly clogged probably broken disposal) and that there was virtually no running water in the tub - just a dribble. While I will get those things addressed I am amazed and THANKFUL that he was able to clean around that! There is just one bathroom so all the dirty cleaning water would have had to go down bathroom sink. What a pain for him and his crew! I AM SO IMPRESSED! Once I've moved in and settled a bit I will definitely have him back for bi-weekly cleaning. His price is more than fair and the result is beyond what I had hoped for! I found him through Angies List, and am so glad I called him. I highly recommend Angel Cleaning! As far as I am concerned they are the best of the best! Thank you, Jerry!

Gerry RIBEIRO & his Crew are very Professional. Gerry came to the apartment on a Wednesday evening & did a full ?Walk Thru? Estimate. He then scheduled the work for Saturday 14.SEPTEMBER.2013 at 08:30 AM They arrived at exactly 08:30 Saturday Morning, began to Prep the entrance to the Apartment with paper mats. They then went right to work proceeding from room to room. They washed the Ceilings & Walls. They washed & cleaned the ?back? Hall way & Stairs. They completely opened up the Gas Stove for cleaning. They thoroughly cleaned the Refrigerator & Pantry. They Scrubbed the Tile in the Shower & Bath to a beautiful shine. After cleaning all the rooms & the ?Fold in? Windows they waxed the Floors & the Stairs to a High Gloss. The result is FANTASTIC! Their Final Product is OUTSTANDING! The Apartment is now in a ?Ready to Rent? Condition! Angel Cleaning is a pleasure to work with. He came over to go through the house with us and give us a quote based on our cleaning needs. He was very punctual and professional, asking questions about what we would like done as well as if we had any preferences on when they put us on the schedule and who our cleaners were. They have always been on time and done a very thorough job with the cleaning including scrubbing the inside of the stove and refrigerator which I wasn't expecting but very pleased with. We will continue using Angel Cleaning as we are happy with their services.

I called to get someone within a week, b/c I was having house guests. We were set for Saturday morning. Then the hurricane happened, and I had to go out of town. Gerry kindly re-worked his Saturday to accommodate me, which I REALLY appreciated. Three people worked for four hours. I'm embarrassed to 'fess up, but my house was quite amazingly dirty, and the amount of cat hair was ridiculous. Also, it's very cluttered. When I returned, everything was clean -- down to the insides of my cupboards. I own -- quite literally -- thousands of books, and they managed to clean my bookcases! I don't even know how. They washed the windows, walls, oven, and all the usual things. Quite honestly, my house hasn't been this clean since I moved in, seven years ago. Thank you, Angel Cleaning!

They were very timely and through in providing this estimate to me. I was very impressed with professionalism that Angel Cleaning displayed when I dealt with them.

After disappointing experiences over the years with other vendors, this team has been a very good find for us. They provided an initial "deep clean" spending almost the whole day and left nothing that wasn't clean and sparkling. Although that first clean was more expensive, you could really tell a difference everywhere you looked. Since then, we've engaged them in a bi-weekly regular cleaning. Each visit they take care of all the main living areas and manage to take on a couple of periodic needs like cleaning blinds, the refrigerator, etc. I've been home most times they've come and they are thoroughly, friendly and considerate. We hope to continue with them for a long time. Very much recommended.

He is fabulous. They do general cleaning every other week. When they come they vacuum and dust but do more detailed work on a different area each time they come.

They were busy, but able to refer us to someone.

Overall, I would recommend Gerry and his team to everyone. They were great.

They do a very good job, are responsive and will do specific things you outline. We had an issue once with one of the cleaners and Gerry fixed it right away. They have kept the same price, which is very reasonable, for several years.

For almost four years, Gerry and Tony have been cleaning my house twice a month. Over that time, they have been prompt and reliable. I have loved coming home to a clean house every other Tuesday.

I contacted owner Luis Barreto to establish a time and date that he (his cleaning people) would be able to come to my home for the cleaning. The day of service, three women were on my doorstep as promised. They entered and got to work cleaning and tidying up my residence. They did a good job. My advice to anyone wanting to have these professionals come to clean their homes, if you have things specifically you want cleaned then you need to spell it our prior to having them starting. As a former cleaner there were things I was expecting that was not done, it was not their fault, it was my expecation and I didn't share this with them, i.e, I would have cleaned the framed pictures, door frames and windows. None of this was done, but, again I never asked them to do this, I assumed it would be done. Overall they do a good job. Very respectful. The only con I had was them showing up asking for cleaning materials and paper towels, this was a turn off for me, never have I gone to someones residence to clean and asked them for cleaning supplies, so please be aware of this. The other thing to be mindful of that was mentioned but not real clear is that I had cleaning for 4 hours, but if two people show up it's reduced to 2 hours, and if a third person is needed the time is reduced to an hour plus. This is something that should be explicitly state on the coupon. I don't like having one thing stated and then realizing it's not exactly how it's written. I would definitely use their services again.

We were extremely happy with Gerry and his employees attention to detail and hard work. We have hired them to return for biweekly cleanings. I was hoping for a better price than $80 for a 1500 sq. ft home, as it seemed that other's were paying a similar price for a much larger home. However, the level of detailed cleaning, as our house is still on the market, is helping it stay "show ready" everyday.

Gerry has cleaned my apartment/condo at least once per month for the past ten years. We have no set schedule. Cleaning appointments occur on mutually-convenient dates. Floor cleaning and dusting are performed to my satisfaction. The bathrooms are always spotless. Wiping/washing is consistently very good. Gerry responds well to feedback. He takes reasonable action to rectify any identified problem. I once made an unusual request of Gerry in an emergency situation. He reacted as always: with professionalism, promptness and thoroughness. I will always be grateful to him for that. I have recommended Gerry to my friends. I recommend him to you.

We like Gerry a lot as a person, he's a really nice guy. But since we have a toddler crawling all over the floor, we need good quality, weekly cleanings - especially of our floors, but when we're finding dust bunnies & cobwebs, we realized that this clearly was not happening. If you find things dirty, you can tell them & they will happily clean them next time (again, provided you point them out to them - things like cobwebs in obvious/easy to clean areas). We know Gerry is very busy, and they move very fast when cleaning, but unfortunately their quality takes a hit because of it. We originally gave Gerry an overall "C" for our experience, but two additional items (one recent) is causing us to lower our score to a "D". Once we decided to go in another direction and not work with each other, Gerry mentioned he would drop the keys off in our mailbox. One would presume that our keys would be in an envelope (not indicating that the front door key & the apt keys were in it). Nope, he just dropped them in our general mailbox for a 4 x apt house in NO ENVELOPE & THE KEYS WERE LABELED WITH OUR NAMES. I'm sorry, but I'm quite sure Gerry would never want this done to him at his own house. This is irresponsible & reckless at best dealing with someone elses property. Also, they had been cleaning a public/general hall for me in another bldg for several yrs & about a year ago, I went to view the work that was being done. There were cobwebs & dirt all along the stair treads & walls up/down the stairs (for a small stairwell that was supposedly being cleaned monthly for $50/mo). Clearly this meant that the stairs had not been cleaned in *MONTHS*. After several attempts to notify Gerry w/out any luck (he kept telling me that he had been cleaning it himself), then after my repeated nagging, I think he finally actually checked the work & realized it actually wasn't being done. After MONTHS of being paid for work that wasn't being done & not having it cleaned - he apologizes & mentioned "they did a bad thing"... and proceeds to give me the next month for free, which is really when we should have decided to go w/someone else.

Everything has been exceptional. Punctual for our first meeting and initial cleaning. Provided quote on the spot. Spent more than 5 hours in our home for the first cleaning and left no stone unturned. They carefully removed items from shelves to clean under and around them. Our tile shower has never looked so good. They even cleaned out the fireplace ashes! They bring their own supplies. Gerry communicates well about the schedule.

It went very well. Gerry and his colleague were at our home for several hours for the first cleaning and did a wonderful job. They were extremely thorough and cleaned the stove, refrigerator, vacuumed the couch, everything! Gerry comes every other week and consistently does a nice job. I especially like that he asks for feedback all the time and told me right away that good communication is the key!

Initial interview was prompt and on-time. Scheduled cleaning was also on-time and thorough. I will continue using Angel Cleaning on a regular basis.

Gevieo Ribeiro is the owner of the company. I have used him for years. He does great job. He is very nice and personable. I don?t have a set schedule with him so I always email or call him up and he comes out. He always has the availability to clean up my place.

Gediel called a few minutes late for our first scheduled meeting for an estimate to tell me "something came up. Can't make it." We were waiting for him on a sunny Saturday at 2pm. I wanted to give him another chance so we rescheduled the meeting. No call-no show. Enough said.

A team of four, including Gerry himself, came to the house early on a Sunday morning and they spent nearly eight hours cleaning every detail of every square inch of my house including washing all the windows inside and out. The house was cleaner than it ever had been. Before calling it a day, he asked my husband and me to walk around the house and make sure we felt the job was done and done well. I pointed out some toys in the baby's play pen that had been overlooked to my husband and before I could address it with Gerry, the team was on it. I decided to hire them on a monthly basis and have been consistently pleased with the work and the personal touch that Gerry (Owner) brings to each visit.

After a construction, there was plaster dust everywhere. He cleaned it in 4 hours with somebody else, and they did everything. He is very thorough and did a reasonably good job. He comes when he is saying he is going to come. He charges what he says he is going to charge.
