Marcio and his crew are professional and kind..a pleasure to work with from start to project completion. My project was repairing a wall on my porch that had been neglected for some time. Marcio came out to look at it - sent me a fair quote that same day - and had a crew member at my house the following day to start and finish the job. They were very clean, polite and hard working. I am very pleased! I will look no further than Marcio and his crew for future projects. I highly recommend this company - you will be very happy with their services and customer service!! A++++++

The quality of the work was excellent. The team did a fantastic job plastering and repainting the walls and ceiling. The grouting of the kitchen floor was also very well done. The job started and was completed within the estimated timeframe. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely hire Marcio and his team again.

DO NOT LET THE RESPONSE BELOW FOOL YOU. HE IS TRYING TO MAKE HIMSELF LOOK GOOD ON HOMEADVISOR, BUT HE STILL HAS NOT CONTACTED ME. I HAVE CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES AND HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS. Did not follow COVID protocol Photos available on yelp. Does not seem to respect women Marcio contacted me almost immediately after I put in a request. We arranged for him to come to give me an estimate, this was the last time I saw him. He never came to check on the crew or inspect the work. We agreed on a price and date for the job (soundproof insulation and new blue board and plaster). The crew was on time, but only one of the crew spoke English so communication was difficult. They were not great about wearing masks, we had to remind them more than once about wearing masks in the house. We found a mask hanging on the back of our bathroom door. They seemed to want to cut corners. When Marcio quoted us he said the new blueboard would go from baseboard to molding, but when they started work they wanted to leave about 10 inches of old sheetrock on the bottom of the wall. They also said they could not do behind the radiator in the bedroom, but they did behind the radiators in two other rooms. Once they were done they said we are done you should pay us now. We wanted to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied before handing over a check (as was stated in our quote). They got very aggressive with me insisting I pay them, I felt very intimidated in my own home, so much so that I had to have my husband step in the deal with them. After he found a few issues he had them fix (including doing behind the radiator in the bedroom) we paid them and they left. The next day we noticed they had put a hole in our ceiling. They never mentioned it to us and tried to patch it but it looked terrible. We also noticed a part of one wall that they did not sand. I contacted Marcio to ask him to fix it. I emailed and texted several times with no response. My husband called him on February 5 and he stated he was on vacation until February 22 and would come to look at the damage when he returned. After weeks of texting, calling, and emailing he never came by and it looks like he has blocked my number. I tried calling from another number and as soon as I said who I was he hung up. The last straw? We started to paint the bedroom where the work was done and discovered quarter-inch holes under the windowsills where we would feel the breeze coming in! This work was done at the end of January, so who knows how much heat was lost due to this shoddy work. We gave him every opportunity to rectify the situation before posting a review. He clearly has no pride in his work and does not value customer service. He also seems to not respect women because he only responded to my husband, not me.

Master Plastering was so professional and did an amazing job. The repair was seamless and you couldnâ t even tell that there was a repair.

The new tile install in our basement was terrific! We are very pleased with the work, professionalism and attitude.

I canâ t say enough good things - they showed up when they said they would for the estimate, gave me a written quote, showed up on time to do the work, took pictures and a video, and then cleaned up perfectly. What else could you want? Oh! They wore proper PPE, distanced, and were polite! I wish all contractors were so good.

Quickly quoted and scheduled work which was a drywall installation in a 2nd floor of a new garage. Price was fair and competitive. Great crew! Efficient, hard working, conscientious and did a good cleanup. I am very pleased and would recommend them without reservation.

They did plaster ceiling repair and painting for me. Excellent work, worked very quickly, and were surprisingly tidy. Hardly any plaster dust in the house, which is unusual. A+

We paid them to fix a hole in the wall and then proceeded to crack the wall next to the wall they fixed said nothing and left. Had to hire someone else to come fix the damages they left. Then they raised the price $500 at the end. Complete hack job, would not recommend.

Marcio's team was outstanding. Needed a ceiling replaced to cover water damage, and older tile blocks, and entire apartment wallpaper removal. Marcio did outstanding work at a competitive price. They were in and out in a single day plus a few hours. Great cleanup and care was taken. Arrived at 7AM to start work. Showed up when promised. I highly recommend Marcio and Master Plastering & Services. I'm looking at additional work for this team. Thank you!

They responded immediately to an inadequate and incomplete job completed by another contractor. They provided an outline of job and materials in writing and were prompt , courteous and respectful of the tenants and my home. The price was somewhat reasonable and they communicated effectively how they would complete the job. I would use them again and recommend them
