I have used Steve for many years commercially for a large apartment community. He was by far my favorite vendor we used because he was always responsive, showed up on time (usually same day) and is incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to get rid of any issues that would arise. He also is friendly and I would receive compliments from our residents for his service. I can not recommend him enough and will continue to use his services for many years to come.

Steve was amazing! He returned my call immediately, and was pleasant and informative, spent time explaining the problem without rushing me off the phone. He showed up on time, and came back when he said he would for a second treatment.. We had bird mites for a week and we were getting bit in the house multiple times per day, and with ONE treatment it worked! Would hire in a minute and have told friends and co-workers about this company. Highly recommended.

Steve is very knowledgeable about his line of work and able to share that in a clear and understandable manner to his customers. I had a well-established carpenter ant colony in my basement. Very knowledgeable in his work. Answered my questions and then some. Steve identified the goal/ and steps to be taken to resolve the issue. In the process, things that Steve identified would occur (with ants) in my home were realized. Much to my surprise we actually witnessed what he stated! As well, the bees around my home were numerous.. He targeted specific areas for which we again saw results. Bees were falling from the shingles. I was, needless to say, amazed at how quickly the results were experienced, but also relieved that now we can go outside and not be as concerned with bees as before. Thank you so much Steve. Before meeting Steve, my peace of mind had been completely compromised in knowing nothing about the bed bugs he was being called to exterminate. I initially called about the problem at night and sure enough he was there the next day to diagnose and plan to fix the problem. In case nobody here is familiar with bed bugs, they are by far the worst creatures I've ever had to deal with. They're silent and stealth bugs that look like ticks with an unfair advantage of being able to latch onto anything they come into contact with and suck your blood while numbing your skin. Steve taught me all this. Not only was my peace of mind restored when I first met and spoke with Steve, but I felt completely confident in him and his knowledge and ability to eliminate my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve for any pest control job in the area. His service is outstanding, he is attentive, knowledgeable and can even create humor from a situation that I certainly wasn't laughing about before I met him. All around a class act and a pleasure to work with despite the circumstances. All Pro Pest is DEFINITELY the go-to pest control service in MA and Southern NH.

We have used All Pro Pest Control now for 2 seasons to control ticks and mosquitoes in our yard. This season, none of us have gotten a single tick on us! They are also working on our ant problem now and have removed wasps nests. Steve is always very responsive and pleasant to speak with. He does a great job and I've already recommended him to many people.

Steve offered to show up the day after we originally talked. He did a thorough walk through of my home and it didn't take long for him to figure out why I was having issues.
