He is very prompt, clean, and professional. I feel he is very trustworthy. He was recommended to me by a friend. Also, his prices are very fair.

As has been our previous experience with Tony, he came over soon after being called and worked efficiently to solve the problem and complete the work.

John called at 8:15 to say that he was on his way, he arrived at 8:30. When he turned on the water valve and checked the mechanisms in the toilet tank they seemed to be fine, however, he did say that the water level seemed a bit high. Other than that, it turned out to be functioning properly. I was not charged, which was very nice. John was professional, easy to talk to and gave suggestions about preventing clogging the toilet in the future.

I didn't do my research so I didn't know the type of pump installed is considered out of date ( according to another, more expensive company)- . I went with this company for its low price, but he didn't own hammer to get through rock ledge. He had to go rent one, putting off work for a day. He had to do work while I was out of town as a result of the delay. However, the pump works perfectly and was far less expensive than what was proposed by two other companies.

When you have things go wrong, you don't expect an enjoyable experience.....but this was. Anthony, the owner stopped by over the 'weekend' to investigate the problem. He did not charge extra for this weekend service, in fact he didn't charge anything until he could totally identify the problem and devise a solution. Once the problem had been identified and the parts secured, he called with a schedule time for the repair, showed up right on time, fixed the problem and insisted on checking not only repair, but the entire system that might be affected. He was friendly, efficient and reasonably priced.

We have used Tony before. And we will use him again, without any qualms. He arrived when he said he would, did an excellent job, cleaned up, and left. In the past he would not come when he had said he would. After I beat him up (he is bigger than me, so the beating was both gentle and metaphoric), he came on time when he had said he would. It is always a pleasure to deal with him.

Tony gave a price, but the final scope was different to what had been agreed - it was much more. In my opinion, the final price was fair (he gave a discount when I moaned!). His work, when he starts and finishes is of a very high quality. He is a bit messy, but acceptable. Real issue is to get him to come. He may be well meaning, but timeliness has to improve!

Tony is the best - professional, smart, nice and fair prices. Tony has been taking care of the house plumbing for several years. He always wants to make sure you are all set, even if it takes more than one visit. Call him with confidence.

My flaky tenants somehow detached the wall-hung bathroom sink from the wall. (I think they were sitting on it.) Tony returned my call within 24 hours. He showed up at the time he said he would and re-attached the sink. You can't tell it was ever torn off the wall. (The new tenants seem better behaved.) Thank you, Tony!

Very well, would use them again. He was very responsive to my call, and came within a day or two (was not an emergency request, because the problem was in the second bathroom only). He showed up on the early side of the planned timeframe, and although he did not have the right equipment to get the work done, he called in someone else who showed up an hour or two later and finished the job.

However, he said that because of the age of the pipes, he did not want to use his most powerful snake. He did not take any money. He felt that he could not charge me because he did not fix the problem. He advised me to purchase an environmentally safe drain cleaner, like "Green Blaster." I will call Tony again for any plumbing issues that I have.

Tony is a good person and very good in his work. He did work for us more than once. He checked a leak that had been happening for years around the pipes associated with our furnace, and noted that the pvc pipes in place were not installed correctly. He replaced the pipes and made sure they were installed properly this time. That was in the spring of 2010. More recently, he changed the water heater at our rental place. He had all the tools and equipments he needed to do the job, including a partner. He is knowledgeable, skilled, punctual, friendly, and honest.

He has always been extremely helpful, responsive, and careful to discuss pros and cons so as not to waste my money.

We were very happy. Tony got back within a day or two of sending the request. He coordinated appointments with the tenants and carried the work our speedily. He clearly gave us options of how to do the repairs and accurate estimates. On a bigger job, he checked back whether it was ok to do it, as it turned out to be more complicated than he orginally thought. The tenants were very happy, everything got fixed. He was easy to work with and did not leave a mess.

When my water heater broke the day before Thanksgiving, ASB Plumbing was able to immediately respond. He was professional and polite. He replace the water heater (including fitting it into a very small space) quickly. He noted that the water heater was still under warranty and made sure that it was covered saving me nearly $1000. Excellent service.

Tony answered when I called & we set up a time for the service. He called the morning he was to arrive to let me know he was leaving - great service! Tony arrived on time and got right to work. One impressive thing about Tony is how fast he works; he's very focused. I live in a 1890's row house & he took great care to level the sink - it's probably the only level item in my condo! In no time the sink was installed and he attempted to fix the a really slow draining sink in the bathroom. He snaked the drain numerous times and even tried some magical green enzyme that 'almost always works'. Tony was pretty frustrated that he couldn't fix it but gave me the name of a drain specialist. (They also had a heck of a time but eventually fixed the drain - REALLY old pipes.) Let's just say my place was rehabed on the cheap 15 years and the emergency shut off for the gas dryer didn't exist (!!). After crawling and peering into every nook and cranny he located it behind the refridgerator. Tony told what should be done to address this problem and capped off the line to the dryer. Tony cleans up as he goes and takes away the discarded materials. In addition, Tony is a very cheerful, nice guy so he is a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend Tony and will absolutely use him again.

Scheduled for next morning after initial call. Early morning appointment to accomodate my schedule. Performed service efficiently. No problems since.

I had an emergency plumbing problem and I called ASB. I called late in the afternoon, and as in the past, I was able to speak to a person not a machine. He stopped in first thing in the next morning - and he even called to say he was going to be 15 minutes late. He came by - diagnosed and replaced what needed to be replaced. He worked fast, efficiently and the work area was spotless when he left.

Everything went very well. He was professional, arrived on time, and he did a good job.

Tony responded immediately when we called to describe the leak in the sewer pipe in our baement. He made a temporary repair and returned the following week with a co-worker. They worked steadily from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. barely taking time out for lunch. We are very happy with the work they did and with their overall helpful and professional manner.

My bathtub would not drain and the bathroom sink water was draining into the tub. I called Tony on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for the next time I was available, which was early Thursday morning. He arrived and worked quickly, trying first to run a snake down the bathtub drain, then working on the sink. Within a half hour, everything was working fine. He ran the water for quite a while to make sure it was continuing to drain well, and gave me some tips on how to keep it from happening again.
