Thought I had a leak in the basement pipes, called Tony, he came over and discovered the issue and fixed it. He also found another issue and said I don't have to take care of it now. Fast, honest, smart-you can't do better.

Drain was cleared quickly and well. Great guy. Would have been nice if he had re-assembled the pop-up stopper that I had taken apart but I didn't ask, either.

He is the BEST. Tony has done my plumbing for a number of years. This was the latest repair. He is extremely efficient and such a gentleman. He knows his business and is a master at what he does.

ASB has done work for us in the past, so I called them and they was what needed to be done. I demolished and partially re-built and Tony came and did his plumbing work, and then came again to finish up.

It went great. He called me right back and came when he said and did the job. I had called Anthony 2 years ago in the middle of a blizzard when my furnance went out. I found his name on the list. He called me back promptly. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent his electrician out in a blizzard to fix it!

I turned off the main water supply when the pipe burst, so we had no water. On Sunday during the initial emergency call, Tony immediately installed a shut-off valve in the cold water supply going to the 2nd floor. That enable us to turn the water supply back on to have cold water upstairs and both hot and cold water in the 1st floor kitchen and basement laundry. Tony returned Monday morning to complete the repair at regular hourly rates. He itemized his bill at the insurance company's request. Insurance reimbursed us for the time Tony spent cutting open the ceiling to reach the pipes from below. The tub and shower back up to an adjoining bedroom closet with an access panel in the wall. Luckily, the pipe break was located just inside and under the access panel, in the space above the kitchen ceiling. With the new hole in the ceiling and the access panel, Tony was able to reach the pipes from both sides. The ceiling has just been repaired by the contractor supplied by our insurance company. We are very pleased with how soon Tony arrived on Sunday morning. The total cost seems very reasonable to us, especially since this was an emergency repair. He was neat and pleasant to deal with. He was pleased that we found him through Angie's List. We already plan to have him return in the spring to do a couple of minor plumbing repairs, most related to an outside water faucet.

He is responsive, honest, and helpful.

Overall, it was fine. I did not pay any money and he gave me advice about buying a non-chemical drain cleaner.

Tony was great. After leaving him a voicemail, he called back within a few minutes. He arrived promptly the following morning and accommodated us given his busy schedule for the day. He was helpful in not only fixing the leak, but also explaining what the problem was, and what the root causes were. He was finished in 4 hours. Prompt, professional, and quality work. Tony was quick to respond to my phone message. (called back within 30 minutes.) He was pleasant and sympathetic to my situation. He offered to take a look at my drain that very evening, but I told him it was appreciated, but that I work from home, therefore he could schedule me in at his convenience. He called the very next morning and was persistant but not in a car salesmans way! That was appreciated as I had left my phone ringer in the silent mode! Tony was very punctual to the agreed upon time and was considerate of my time as he knew I had a client arriving shortly for a scheduled appointment. I felt very comfortable allowing Tony complete, un-supervised access to both properties as I could tell he was a professional task-driven guy. He said he would assess the situation, fix the problem and leave me a bill, so that I could keep my appointment with my client. PERFECT! Tony had to snake my drain twice to remove the clog and still had time to clean up after himself, and all of this even before my client had arrived! He billed me and even gave me a discount for seeking him thru Angies List! Drain works Fine. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience!

We had a toilet that had a continuous leak from the tank into the bowl in one of our toilets, and 2 seriously clogged drains (a sink and the tub) in the tenant's unit of our house. Our previous plumber had been working on another job in our house, and had promised to take care of the problems. I had wondered whether the problem with the toilet would just require replacing a part in the tank, but he (our previous plumber) said it was more serious, and the toilet needed "to be rebuilt". In the end he didn't take care of any of the problems while he was at our home doing the other work, and did not set up a time he would come back to do the work. At that point I decided to find a new plumber. I called several people from Angie's list, most of whom were nice, but no one was available to come in a reasonable period of time....except Tony, who said he would come the following day! He came at exactly the time he said he would . When he looked at the toilet he said it was only the flap that needed replacing, which he did in almost no time at all. It turned out that the clogs were extremely difficult to clear. One of them he managed to clear from above with a snake, but the other one was beyond the trap, and he had to go into the basement, cut open the pipes, and snake it from below. The whole thing ended up taking up much more time than he expected and he had another customer waiting. He left, and came back later the same day and took care of everything. I was extremely pleased with everything about the interaction. Recently, a friend of mine had a plumbing emergency. Her hot water tank was leaking into her basement and made a huge mess. She called her plumber who was not available to help. She asked me for a recommendation and I gave her Tony's number. He talked to her and made sure there was no urgent problem at the moment (the water inflow to the tank was off, and there was no longer an active leak) and told her he would come the next morning at 7:00 to install a new hot water tank. He came as planned and did an excellent job for her. She was extremely pleased with his price and services.I highly recommend Tony. He is responsive in emergency situations and gets the job done! His price is fair as well.

It went well. I would call Tony to unclog my sink/drain.

He is always the ultimate professional. He is really knowledgeable, too. I called him early in the morning and he was here by 9:30 or 10 and had the job finished by 2. Whenever I call him, if it's a regular job or emergency, he will always come through with the best advice, even if it means calling someone else or fixing it myself. I've been working with him for years and he has always done a fabulous job. You can trust him to do the very best work for you.

I called Tony at 5 PM on a week night in a panic because of leaking water through my kitchen floor boards to my basement (near my electrical box). After several phone calls he walked me through turning the water off for the house until he could get there in the morning. He offered to come that evening but told me it would be expensive and I would probably be OK with the water off if I waited until the morning. Tony arrived the next morning and confirmed the problem and showed me how he was stopping it. He also went to great lengths to confirm that my refrigerator was the only source of leakage. He was done within an hour and I learned a couple of things about plumbing. I opted not to get the fridge fixed. I just turned off the valve for the icemaker which was what was leaking. I have used Tony in the past and will use him again. He is professional, upbeat, kind and works fast which is good when someone is charging you by the hour. He did not need to talk me through anything on the phone the night before and certainly could have scared me into hiring him at after-hour prices to fix a simple problem. He is a stand up guy.

Anthony was on time, professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. In my book, that's exactly what I want from someone. I called him, he was here the next day and had the unit installed with far less hassle than Pann who had put in the prior unit. I would certainly call Anthony again in the future.

Tony responded promptly to my email. We spoke on the phone, and selected a time and date for him to come by. He arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. We walked through the house and discussed the work. He was very professional, matter of fact, and not rushed in any way. We discussed a date and time for him to do the work. He came then and did what he said he would do. I received an email invoice listing the specific work, and the specific charges and their explanation. I think I received great service and value from Tony, and will not hesitate to work with him in the future.

Tony has always been easy to work with. He listens to what I want, offers suggestions on the most effective/efficient approach, and does the work as agreed. He is neat and leaves the place tidy when he's done.

I called early in the week to get a quote on plumbing work for a basement renovation. I spoke with John, and he agreed to come out at noon on Friday. On Friday, noon, came, and he had not showed up. I called the company number and left a message on the answering service. At around 1:00p John called and said he would be late. He showed up at about 1:30p. While a little annoyed, it was not a huge deal to me. We went over the work I wanted to have done, and he said he would get me a quote by e-mail by the end of the weekend. He also said he would be able to do the job with a few days notice. The end of the weekend came with no quote or contact. I finally called on the following Thursday, and left another message asking for the quote. I still have heard nothing two weeks later. Based on all the positive reviews, I was expecting much more professionalism. If he didn't want the job, he should have said so from the get go. If he just forgot, then that's a poor way to run a company. Either way, I wasted a day taking off work and now am two weeks behind on schedule for the project. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I contacted ASB plumbing and they offered to come and complete the work the next day. Unfortunately, due to a communication problem on their side, they didn't come at the scheduled time (I had agreed to work from home that day.) I called and they were apologetic and offered to come out the next day. They did come out the next day and finished the work quickly (about an hour) They were professional and made sure I was happy with the work. I would use them again

I think the service was fine. He got and he rebated from the store for the old one and took it out. He did a fine job. I will use his services again in the future.

It took him less than fifteen minutes to fix the problem and it was fine. He did fix the problem. He was fast. He charged a lot less than a normal house call because the problem was very simple. I would use his services again in the future.
