Tony was prompt to return my call, and was at my house the next day. He quickly and efficiently snaked both drains, and cleaned up after himself. The bathroom sink and tub now work perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless after he left.

He did a good job and I am going to use him from now on. He was very professional, neat, and clean.

We got a really good price for the job he did. The entire process only took about an hour. He showed up when he said he would. He even called us ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Abs Plumbing and Heating did what was called a surface job. They told me that I only had a gunk in my drains so I was lucky to have fixed the problem before it become worse. I never had this problem so I really didn't know what to do. They also let me know what to do to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Tony was very responsive. I called on a Wednesday, hoping that he could come out on Saturday. Even though he was booked up for Saturday day, he managed to come by, and he even called Friday when he was in the neighborhood to see if that would be a good time to drop in. He didn't complain a bit about the nasty work. Over the phone he quoted me $100-$150, and I was glad when it only cost $150 despite the carcasses.

He was fast and able to come right away within 30 minutes.

Anthony answered the phone, as he often does. He has been very fast, professional and also willing to solve a problem that we had, related with that heater (a pipe in the basement needed to be pitched). He did it, while another plummer in the past said that we had to change the whole pipe. He is very serious and professional.

I called on Monday for work needed to fix a broken drain pipe and an issue with the kitchen drain. He made an appointment and came over in 2 days. He was professional, courteous, and patient with explaining my needs. He placed a removable cap and removed extraneous stuff from my 1/2 bath drain pipe. He inspected my kitchen sink drain and told me I didn't need the repairs that was suggested by the home inspector. He finished on time and kept the place clean. I would recommend him again for work without reservation.

The plumber was in and out in 15 minutes, fixed the problem and explained what was occurring to me. I chose to go with ASB because they had great recommendations on the website, even though a lot of members gave them a B on pricing. It's worth paying for quality, speed and professionalism. As they say, you can have it good, fast and cheap: pick TWO.

Mr. Buccieri returned my call within a few minutes saying he was at another job in the Back Bay and did not know if he could do the work today. I said tomorrow was fine. An hour later he called and said his current job was completed more quickly than expected and that he could come today. He arrived within 20 minutes (I live in Cambridge), unclogged the drain and put in a new plug which he had in his truck. He is very nice, clearly very competent, and gave me a feeling of confidence and trust. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. I will use his services for additional work I need done. He also gave me an Angie's List discount.

It went very well. He was willing to work in our neighborhood which is notorious for lousy parking; a lot of people refuse. He showed up on time, was cheerful and cleaned up when done.

Tony is a pleasure to deal with. He's incredibly thorough and seems to genuinely enjoy trying to get to the bottom of a problem. He has done work for us in the past and we have always been very pleased with his problem solving efforts and his hard work. We plan to have him do some additional work to fix the drain problem next week.

Nice guy and professional. He even spent 15 minutes helping me find the shut-off values for the garden faucet. The overall job did seem a little too big for him given all the work had to be done in one day, due to others still living in the house so we went with a bigger firm. Will keep in mind for future smaller plumbing projects.

I called and he arrived 2 hours later. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. I don't know the typical cost of this work so it's difficult for me to rate it.

On a Saturday morning, Tony answered my call, projected an approximate time when he would be available, and then came at the time projected. He was courteous, professional, and pleasant. He answered all of my questions, listened to the sometime lengthy tales of other plumbing work done, and asked pertinent and interesting questions. He was humble and knowledgeable, a great combination. He spent over an hour with me looking over his shoulder without once getting annoyed or impatient with my questions or my information.

Missed first appointment due to running over on previous job. Did not call (claimed no cell service) but returned call asking for explanation. Was on time for second appointment and gave an estimate of $550. Arrived on time the next day and completed work with a final cost of $645. Claimed additional cost was due to adding shut offs and a trip lever. Tony was apologetic about first missed appointment and was on time thereafter. He was very pleasant and professional. He also cleaned up the entire work area before departing. We would recommend him to other members.

I called Tony who set up an appt. for a couple of days later. He accommodated our schedule by coming early in the morning. As soon as he heard the banging and clanking, he had an idea that it must be a problem with the pitch of the pipe--he used his level to determine that the pipes were improperly pitched. He removed a bracket and immediately noticed that the pipes were now properly pitched. He secured the pipes in the new location and told us that it should be fixed. He took the time to explain how to keep the furnace clean, why the pipes needed to be pitched, etc. He was so professional, patient, and fair--it was a GREAT experience. And, that night when we turned the heat up, it was absolutely silent. AMAZING! Tony even called us to make sure it was fixed. What a great guy.

I thought that one toilet needed replacing and that the other needed fixing, but it turned out I had it backwards. Tony pointed out to me that the ceramic part of the 2-year old toilet had been broken before it was installed and had been patched, which was why it needed replacing. The new toilet he installed came in 2 pieces and one of the boxes was improperly labeled so the color of the two pieces did not even match, but Tony offered a significant price break and I took it. He did forget about one appointment and showed up a little late after I called to ask where he was. He was courteous, did good work, cleaned up well. Overall, he did great and I will hire him again next time I need plumbing work done.

JOB 1; Tony is excellent. I plan on using him whenever I have any future issues. He's prompt, polite & very customer focused. I look forward to working with him in the future! JOB 2; Tony is great, I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. The city needed to shut off the main to the house for him to install the new main shutoff & (big surprise) the city didn't show up & ran an hour late. Tony was able to install the gas valves until the city decided to show up. Tony was prompt, reasonably priced & is very customer satisfaction oriented & communicated constantly (even with the litany of my questions while he was working!). Great job Tony, please keep up the great work, wish there were more contractors out there like you!

He returned our initial call within a couple hours and gave us an estimate of $450 for the entire job. He was very prompt with returning calls and extremely flexible with scheduling the job. There were a couple glitches having to do with miscommunication about access to the heater and the size of the new heater. He ended up doing an exchange at Sears for a different size. He charged the additional $115 for 1) Having to bring the units up and down our basement stairs when he'd thought we had direct access and 2) Having to spend time dealing with the exchange process at Sears. This seemed pretty fair, given that all of it took him another couple hours and saved us a headache. All in all a positive experience.

Tony was very friendly, prompt, and helpful. He told me that he could try to fix the leak, but he couldn't guarantee it would hold. He said the best thing would be for me to replace the radiator or leave it alone. He didn't charge anything for his visit.

Tony is the best. Honest, great craftsman, shows up when he says he will, reasonable price.

The thermostat failed on Friday night, leaving us with no hot water on the weekend. Mr. Buccieri came over within an hour of us calling to troubleshoot the problem, then returned a few hours later to replace it. We talked about the water heater with him and decided to replace it. He came five days later and completed that job. He was polite, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job.
