Schmidt Painting

Description of Work: Schmidt painting painted my living room, dining room and kitchen, including walls, ceilings and all trim. Mr. Schmidt came to my home and gave me an estimate on a Sunday morning and my job was underway by 8:45am the following Tuesday -- just as promised. After a slight amount of confusion (paperwork related-- nothing important) the crew, including Mrs. Schmidt who is foreperson, were neat, polite, efficient, thorough and completely professional in every way. As promised the entire job, including prep and cleanup, was completed in one day. I was delighted with the care they took with details like cutting in the walls, ceiling and trim (walls were bright yellow and ceiling white flat, trim was white high gloss enamel) and the details are important. They did a great job. Mrs. Schmidt is very painstaking and she is a real artist. The result shows it. One minor point-- when working out the estimate it's important to be very detailed about what you want them to do. Example: If you want your doors painted you have to say so, etc). That's not a complaint-- it's just a tip.
