Hudson Seamless Gutters

My husband and I hired Hudson Seamless Gutters in September 2011 to replace and add gutters to our home.  At the request of the owner (Mr. David Doucette) we wrote a check for the full amount for the job, $2,862.  Considering our sons play football together and my husband is an assistant coach, we felt Mr. Doucette was trustworthy.  The check cleared our bank October 4, 2011.  The only work performed by Hudson Seamless Gutters was the removal of our old gutters which were left laying on the side of our front lawn.  After many inquiries as to when the work would be completed, Mr. Doucette became elusive.  He always had an excuse such as his truck was broke down, he had to assist a family member, complete another job or the weather.  We requested our money back in December 2011.  We utilized local channels for mediation with no action.  As of August 2012 we still have no gutters nor have we received a refund.I do not recommend anyone use Hudson Seamless Gutters, but if for some reason you choose to, I don't recommend giving any money until all services are completed in full.
