About us

Omega Consulting is a service-focused consulting company. Any equipment sales are typically related to an overall consultation which would involve planning for the deployment, integration, and followup training that may be required. Most products offered are deployed virtually through existing and customized software-as-a-service vendors where Omega Consulting acts as an implementation consultant on behalf of your business. The first consultation is free to determine if the project is a good fit for both parties and determine a course of action. Service is billed at $80 per hour and is expected to be paid once services have been rendered. Fees for vendor services and equipment must be paid in advance before work can begin. A full estimate and service contract will be generated detailing all costs and expectations before any work can begin.
