He is knowledgable, and HONEST. He saved me $500.00!!! I had another garage door person come who said job would be 500.00, Moses gave name a quote of $350.00 for a better garage door set up. When he came he said that I really did not need anything done because last garage door man had done something that had it working again. I WILL CALL MGM Garage Door Services if and when I do need a new garage door set up, but in the meanwhile because of this man's honesty and timeliness, (he came day we spoke), All I paid was a very small fee for his coming out and advising me! WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SMALL BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!! Thank you Moses, you are a great guy and you can never be too honest! There are knowledgable, skilled, honest business people out there and I luckily found Moses Maimon and MGM Garage Door Services. I would use him again and recommend him to everyone in my neighborhood. I plan to post a note for neighbors in our mail-house, because many of us have faulty garage door openers.

What I ended up paying for is expertise. The actual job Moses did was quite minor, but he had to diagnose it, which I couldn't do. I would say that it was worth it to have a professional figure out what was wrong.

We were in some trouble because our garage door would not open and we had to get out. There had been a big snowfall and I was having a problem finding someone to come promptly.I found M.G.M. through Home Advisor. They replied quickly and came promptly. They even called when they were on the way. Moses did a great job and was very courteous and efficient. We really appreciate this excellent service.

After reading other reviews, I contacted Moses with the hopes that he could help me out of a bind. My townhouse went on the market and on the same day, the garage door began acting up refusing to close. Moses provided exceptional customer service by returning my initial request immediately, and then drove out that same day to take a look at the garage. The following morning, he replaced the unit for me for a cost below what I expected (which was much appreciated due to having just bought a new home), and provided a 5 year warranty that the buyer of my townhouse will very much appreciate. I without a doubt plan to contact Moses again in the near future to replace the old unit in my new home s garage.
