I had to call the guys because I could not figure out how to make the light work inside of my new garage opener. They immediately made a special trip back up here to check out the problem. I really felt like a fool when they put in a new lightbulb, and everything was perfect. That is exceptional customer service. And I apologize for being fool and causing you to make a special trip. Replaced a single car garage door and springs. Also disposal of old garage door. Everything was great, owner a very nice person and I would recommend him.

They were great diagnosed the problem quickly. Didn t try and up sell me on anything. Got the work done fast and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Will definitely call him again if I have any more trouble.

I have been very impressed by the prompt service. The technician immediately found the problem, had the required parts, and fixed it. He was very polite and forthcoming. If there is any other problem with the garage door, M.G.M. will be the Company I'll call.

Moses responded promptly to my HA solicitation and promised to come by my home at 9 a.m. the next morning. He arrived at exactly 9 a.m. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken cable quickly. Not a challenging job but one in which he displayed confidence and efficiency. He is a very personable and professional young man and I would recommend him to anyone with a garage door repair or installation need.
