Scott Thomsen

ole Scott is hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with (and I have used both of the two most highly rated contractors on Angie's List). He is responsive, punctual,fast, fair in his pricing, practical but with a good design sense, and of course excellent workmanship and above all a complete can-do attitude, always going above and beyond. One of the best things about working with Scott is that he can and does do much of the work (electrical, plumbing, tiling etc) himself, and therefore is almost always on the job site and has complete command of the entire project. Describe a project to him and he can instantly size up what can and can't be done and offer ways around the "can'ts". Past projects that Scott has done for us include renovation of a kitchen and bath, and a complete attic renovation that included a redesign of the roofline to accommodate multiple levels of stairs; the redesign blends seamlessly with the rest of the house, not to mention that it was accomplished in freezing January weather. I don't know why he hasn't been put on Angie's List before except that he may not work in area that are heavily represented on the list. (Please note that although this review is listed as Woods Hole, the other work mentioned above was performed in Milton.)
