About us

FAA is a full service MMA training facility in the Central MA area. We are a family owned school with a strong community feel that caters to fighters and non-fighters alike. We have a fantastic staff of talented coaches and provide each student the opportunity to compete or just train for fun. We serve men, women, and children, starting at age 5. FAA offers all new students 30 Days FREE Training to start. All of our members also have access to a full fitness gym included with their membership at no additional charge. Billing options include convenient monthly payments with auto-billing, and our fully stocked pro-shop accepts cash, check, and credit card. Our school features a comfortable viewing room for visitors and family members complete with vending machine and television, as well as plenty of free parking. Our schedule includes morning and evening classes, six days a week, all year round. Try us free for 30 Days!

Adults: Boxing Muay Thai Kickboxing Wrestling Grappling Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi & No Gi) MMA Fighter Training Competition Team Kids: Ages 5-8-Little Dragons- 1/2 hour classes, combines all disciplines + games and gymnastics drills Ages 9-12-Junior Dragons- 1 hour classes, combines all disciplines + optional time for competition team Private Lessons available scheduled in advance. Seminars on varied topics as available (inc. self defense).
