Under Pressure Power Washing

It went very well. The house was glowing when they were finished. There was no damage to any of the property.

They were awesome! Even though my husband religiously scrapes snow from our roof, we had ice dams forming. Thankfully we didn't see any signs of water inside the home, but we were getting ice mounds on the side of the house. We called late Tuesday night and got an appointment for Thursday. Three men came and had the job taken care of in about an hour. They were courteous, friendly, and helped discuss things with me to help prevent future issues. I had used them in the past for pressure washing and LOVED them - same again this time. I would HIGHLY recommend.

In an hour and a half Mark and his associates brought the stone back to its original appearance, without injury to the lawn on the outside of the stone or the grout between the pieces. Nor was there a scrubbed look to the blue stone. Mark left the pool area completely clean, with nothing that needed attention from me.

On Friday evening, I visited the home of my elderly mother, only to find a huge leak in her roof. We called numerous roofers and ice dam specialists that would not come out or did not call back. We found the company called Under Pressure through Angie's List, called and left a message. Our call was returned immediately by Mark and an appointment set up for Saturday. He was everything described by Angie's List customers' reviews to include intelligent, polite and professional. The job was performed very well by three men for what I was later told was a very fair price. It is rare to find this level of service, fair pricing and someone willing to work on a Saturday. We will be contracting with him to clean the gutters in late fall and a power washing. It is always difficult to find someone you trust and feel confident with to do an excellent job for a fair price. This company delievered all of that. Kudos!

They were punctual, completed the job in a timely manner, and didn't try to upsell me anything beyond the Big Deal I had purchased. Very pleased.

After posting the review I was contacted by the owner, Mark, who explained what had happened with the scheduling. He has promised that as soon as weather permits he will come out to do the job. After contracting back in late October to have the gutters cleaned on the house, which they had done in the spring, 30 minutes before they were to arrive on 12/4, I received this email below. I called each day for next two days about possible reschedule and got no answer to my voice mails. It was too late to get anybody else out in the last two good days prior to the first snowstorm of the season. We have lots of trees so I schedule late dates for the gutter cleaning. What we got was left with gutters filled with leaves. Disappointed with outcome and response. Dear Valued Customer, We are unable to perform the work scheduled for you today. We have been set back multiple times now due to weather conditions. You are at the top of our cleaning list, and will perform the cleaning as soon as weather permits. Safety is always our number one priority. Thank you for understanding.

This provider was quick and clear in responding to a request for quote to clean my gutters. They quoted an excellent price, were able to come out within a few days and they did a great job. I will use them again and recommend them to others in the area.

They did a wonderful job cleaning egg of the front of my house. They knew what they were doing and explained the possible damages that could result from the egg having been on the house for a few weeks. They did a great job and took pride in doing the job well and being sure I was pleased with the results. This is a professional and reputable operation. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

My house looks fantastic. They showed up on time and we walked around the house looking at where the bad areas were. I would 100% recommend this company. They are nice, professional and did a FANTASTIC job. We did the quote over email so it was effortless to get this job done. The guy cleaned extra areas like walkways, etc. He was also very gentle on my old wooden garage door. GREAT A++++ job.

The two man crew arrived on time as scheduled. They used their equipment to completely clean the sides of the house from the roof to the foundation. They removed dust, dirt, mildew and some moss growing on the foundation. When they were done, the house almost shined. It was a great job, done on schedule and at the estimated price. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I'm a total pain to deal with and I have no complaints. They were great, professional and the job was perfect.

All went exactly as described. It took a few weeks, but all of the lichen on the roof disappeared. Service men were prompt, polite, and thorough in their work.

Contacted them by email and the office responded promptly. Met with the company representative and they provided an estimate which was followed up with a written estimate and insurance certificate by email. Their price was the middle of the three. Arranged a date for the work to be done. They showed up on the day promised and performed the work as specified. The exterior of the home looks crisp and you would think it was freshly painted.

They did a great job and got it all off, and they also power washed the concrete steps and around the attached garage, which I didn't expect. Now we have nice clean cracks in the concrete which we can patch. Isn't homeownership great?

They were professional and straight forward in telling me what was needed and how best to address the issues. They were a value relative to other provider I interviewed and very competent and pleasant. Highly recommend them and would use them again.

I contacted Under Pressure about 10 days ago and received a quote within hours. I had a quote from another roof washer at a lower price, but when I called the owner Mark he agreed to match the other company's quote. The crew arrived promptly at 9:30am and worked diligently until 2:30pm. During this time they cleaned lichen, moss and streaks off the roof and installed zinc strips to prevent them from coming back. They also cleaned the PVC fence around the property and vinyl PVC shed which were both green/black with mold, cleaned the moss off a brick wall and steps, and cleaned concrete that was almost black. the before and after condition of the items cleaned was simply astounding, and the crew was polite, professional and neat.

Before they arrived our house looked so dirty-it's painted grey which helps a lot, but on one side the white trim around the windows was splotchy charcoal grey/green with mildew and our asphalt roof was heavily streaked with a blackish grey and growing moss in one area. The deck, railings and steps also had a "weathered" look.

Initial call for estimate - good response - called back w/ est price. Day of service - owner called to say he'd be a few minutes late, which I appreciated. Showed up a few min later, did the whole job himself. Polite, professional, did not waste time, & was neat w/ hoses, etc. I was very satisfied. House was as clean as he promised. I would use Under Pressure again.

I had the $25 discount from Angie's List. I called them because I had used them a couple of years before. I was happy with the job they did. There was one small problem, which they came back and fixed. They were a little slow in doing it, but they did a nice job. They are nice people to deal with. I would recommend them.

Great job -- huge difference given lichen, moss, etc. that was there previously. Timely, professional service; some slate damaged but likely they were already loose.

The owner of this company (Mark) is a true professional as demonstrated not only by the excellent work done, but also by the way he responded to a problem caused by someone on his office staff who was my point of contact with the company. She was very responsive when I asked for a quote and then scheduled the work. However, even though I confirmed the scope of what I wanted done in two separate emails (before and after I received the contract), she gave Mark the wrong information. As a result, a portion of what I had requisitioned was not done. When I followed up in an email, she did not reply. Eventually I got her on the phone and she said that she would schedule a crew to come back to the house. Just a few minutes after this call, Mark called me personally. He explained in detail what he had done (he had been on site to do the work himself) and was deeply -- and genuinely -- apologetic about the mistake. He offered to go out immediately and do the remaining work at no charge even though it had not been included in the contract price. (As an aside, I do not believe in anyone working for free unless they are redoing faulty work, which was not the case here). He could not have been more professional or accommodating. Understandably, he was deeply dismayed at the thought that somone on his staff might do something that would in any way harm his business's reputation. Happily, the way he handled this glitch only served to enhance his reputation in my opinion, and caused me to write this review encouraging others to hire this business. The work itself was impeccable. We have a very densely planted garden in the front and back of the house and not a leaf had been disturbed. In fact, you could not tell that anyone had worked on the house except for the fact that it looked pristine after they left. I will certainly make this my go-to company in the future. Doing great work is one thing, but dealing quickly and aptly with a problem is the mark of a truly great business.

Very professional from start to finish. My house was very dirty from pollen and dirt. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use this company again.
