I completely understand the frustration. I am concerned about the phone calls not being answered. I know that I have returned a call and have communicated via email. I don't expect you to understand the challenge of what it is like to schedule gutter cleaning. I have well over a hundred homes schedule for gutter cleaning and everyone wants the same time frame. Normally this is achievable when the weather cooperates . I have multiple crews that "are" professional and clean gutters properly. When the temperature freezes the gutters then we can not clean them properly. Moving forward we will not have a deal on Angie's List for gutter cleaning for this very reason. The Angie's List sales staff requires us to offer a promotional deal on our storefront. It all sounds like a good idea until things like this happen. If I were in your shoes I would of found another company as well. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll take you off the list. I wish you the best with the winter and hope you have a nice holiday season. The service provider did not end up servicing my area so I did not use the deal.

We have had several scheduling problems. He has had plenty of time to get the work done, I don't have to be home for the work to be done and they still can't do it. I have decided not to use the deal.

Great. On time. Friendly. Highly recommend.

We have a light colored house - that had not been power washed in several years. They were meticulous taking their time - checking and rechecking that they had completely cleaned all parts. As my neighbor noted, they did a much better job overall and in the nooks and crannies of the extension roof line (north side with the moss/mildew growth) than did the last company we used. Really nice people - hard working, polite, and professional as have been all the folks from all the companies we have hired using Angie's List during this summer/fall of maintenance, renovation, and refurbishing of our home and yard.

The team was professional, courteous, and thorough. The roof looked wonderful and the gutters, house and yard were left clean. I would use them again and would recommend them.

Under Pressure did a great job of removing all mold, dirt, insect webs from the exterior of our house. It looks brand new again. We are very happy.

We used Under Pressure to clean and unclogged some spot on our gutters. I called to get an estimate and they provided it over the phone. Price was reasonable and they did a good job. Would use them again next time.

I was completely impressed with the service from first contact to completion of work - great customer service! I called on Tuesday, detailed quote was e-mailed to me on Thursday, and the job was completed Friday! I appreciated that the proposal they e-mailed had detail about the process and more importantly what to expect from this service (what it does and doesn't do). The two workers who showed up were great. Explained the process and what to expect in great detail - also explained what causes the stains and moss on the roof. They were careful around the landscaping and did a great job cleaning up. The workers were courteous, professional, and friendly - even taking time to stop and play with our dog when we took her outside! The roof looks great, very noticeable difference - wish I had done this years ago.

We were very impressed by the job Under Pressure did. The guys put in a lot of hard work on our patio specifically and we don't even recognize it. We definitely feel that we got our money's worth and are glad we decided to go with Under Pressure.

UP did a great job on the vinyl siding, but I was especially impressed by how clean they got my deck. It looks brand new.

Marcos and Jeff showed up at the house to do the work and they arrived early, not late. They were both very nice to work with and knowledgeable about the products they were using. They pay attention to detail and washed the vinyl siding twice if it was a hard to clean area. They even did an area I didn't expect them to do which came out great. The roof treatment was applied but the black streaking marks are still there. Marcos and Megan indicated to let the treatment work its magic and the black marks on the roof will go away. If after some time the black streaks do not go away they said they would come back out and do another treatment to the roof. So currently everything came out great, just giving the roof treatment some time to work and will update later how it came out. Again great experience with Marco and Jeff. I will be a repeat customer.

These guys were great. They cleaned and rinsed the siding, cleaned the brick stairs and chimneys and cleaned the gutters-which had supposedly been cleaned recently by another company. The gutters and downspouts were blocked and full of debris, the guys took the gutters apart and cleaned them! The house looks great! We will be calling them back to have our gutters cleaned again (we do it twice a year). I have already recommended them to a friend who is looking for bids for her condo association.

I've attempted to use Under Pressure twice now with poor results. The first time was to see if they could clean off some stain that I got on my siding. They arrived an hour late, and while they tried they were unable to clean it off through no fault of there own, the stain had simply been on the siding for too long. I then followed up to request a quote for a power washing of my entire house. Though I have attempted to contact them by phone, email, and through the website, no one has gotten back to me, and it has been over a week at this point. I'd love to use them based on the reviews but my two experiences thus far are too mixed and too poor for me to feel comfortable doing so. To respond to Under Pressure, I sent emails to you & another associate on June 9 & June 20th. Another update: I did have them come out and clean my gutters. They were thorough and prompt this time around, a bit more expense than other companies that have cleaned my gutters, gut they did a very good job.

Wonderful! The service was much needed and the house looks great. They were right on time and very professional.

Getting a quote was pretty easy and I felt the quote was reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I was contacted via email a couple of times to see if I wanted to go ahead and schedule something, so I made an appt. a couple weeks out for a day during school vacation week so I would not have to take additional time out of work (which I mentioned to the scheduler). The date was confirmed via email (April 23). I also inquired about and confirmed that they would keep the appt. rain or shine, unless it was storming. The day they were scheduled to show up (was a light rain Wednesday morning), they did not show. An hour after the scheduled time I finally called and asked if they were running late. The girl answering the phone sort of mentioned that some appts. had been moved around and said that she had me scheduled for Monday the 28th. I was extremely surprised and said NO, I'm scheduled for today at 10am. She tried to offer a day the following week and I had to again explain that I wanted to have it done during the week that I was home for school vacation. She found a time on Friday the 25th so I agreed to that (somewhat reluctantly - I was irritated that I had been rescheduled and NOT notified). The guys arrived pretty much at the scheduled time and were very pleasant and professional. They did a good job on the house and the deck and explained how I need to move the grill mat around so the deck wouldn't stain and get gross under the mat. They cleaned up and were gone within a couple of hours. The house looked nice. I was pleased. Shortly after the service I noticed a couple of areas that I hadn't noticed the day the service was performed that were still stained with something or dirty and have been trying to contact them since (via email) to see if I can have someone come back and take a look. To date, no response.

When I first called I was given an appointment -- I didn't bother to have anyone come out and look at the job because it was a very small job and very basic...just washing the vinyl siding and the vented vinyl/aluminum ceiling on the covered porch. The appointment was for the person to arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. When no one had shown up by 9:00 or so I got a call from the owner, Mark, who apologized and said his worker had called in sick and he was running behind as a result. Instead of a worker I was going to have the boss! Mark arrived as promised, did a brief walk around with me and I told him what we wanted. Within 90 minutes he was done and on his way, leaving me with a gorgeously clean cottage!! He was very careful of areas I pointed out that haven't yet been repaired since we bought the place, and he was very careful washing and rinsing those. He also took great care not to scare my parrot (whose cage sits in one of the windows) when spraying the window and surrounding siding. The ceiling of the porch was hideous -- long dead spiders and their prey dangling from nasty, broken webs...now spakling white after Mark did two scrubbings of it. I will actually enjoy sitting out there now (if the weather ever warms up)! There was also a $25 discount coupon that I printed out, so we only paid $275! We will call him again the next time we need washing!

Very well. It was easy to schedule the work, they showed up and did an excellent job, and payment was easy. They were a pleasure to deal with.

They were as punctual as can be, polite and professional. I am hard to please when it comes to service, and they did a very good job meeting my standards. I was concerned about the aluminum siding being damaged with too much pressure being used and they knew exactly how to handle that. It was a non issue! The house looks great. I should also say that Megan in the office is extremely professional as well. She even followed up with me to see if I had made a decision. So, my experience from when I first called the office to when the crew left the house was very good. Thank you Chad, Frank and Megan. Great job!

I can't remember if I got the job done in 2012 or 2013. I hired these guys because I had black streaks and one big rust streak on my roof. The owner clearly said that he cannot guarantee removal of the rust spot but there are certain things they can do and they'll give it their best shot. The 3-4 man crew showed up at like 5pm one day and finished within 90 minutes. Afterwards I went outside to talk to them to ask if they had any luck with the rust and the guy basically replies that there's no way that's coming off so they didn't even try. Also, my house has a 3 inch gap between the garage level and the main house level and I later noticed that they blew all the debris into this 3 inch crack. It did eventually blow away and the black streaks were removed. I am largely giving this rating because I don't see how the service is worth the price.

Communication and document correspondence was on time and as promised. Came home to a clean yard and sparkling clean house and deck. My spouse was home when they arrived and said the staff was polite and professional.
